Someone is calling me repeatedly from this number.  First of all, a man comes on the line whom I cannot understand.  Than a female comes on the line and says she is calling from a prison in Nevada.
Hmmm.

i got a brand new phone with a brand new number 10 days ago. This started the day i got the phone. Every day some woman calls (i have it blocked) but always leaves a message. It sounds like she's screaming at me but it's in Spanish and I don't speak it.  On Mr. Number people are saying its a number from a prison in Indiana but I don't know for sure. I just want it to stop.

It's the Nevada department of corrections. An inmate is trying to reach you. There is an option to block that call and all future calls from that facility. You just have to listen to the prompts it's not spam or a scam. An inmate probably got your number by mistake, just block the calls from the facility and move on.
