Very anoying with no voice mail messages

Call is automated. Says that there is a message for so and so, press one if you are that person. Pressing one says that you owe $$$$ to them for an account. Please hold the line or call 800-760-9745

This number with the initials ACA shows up on my caller ID. They call during the day and at times I am not at home. There is a mechanized message for me to call a different number that is toll free. I don't have any accounts that could have gone to collection and I notice a new trend that companies use to get new business and that is to pose as a collection agency and then solicit new business. I just stopped AMEX from doing this to me by threatening them with an attorney for this underhandedness. There message said it wasn't a solicitation but it was since I have not done any business with them for over 15 years and they were sending solicitations in the mail, not a bill.

Yes this is Aargon Collection Agency or Aargon Agency Inc. out of Las Vegas NV. Address is 3025 W Sahara Ave, LV, NV 89102. Direct phone lines are 800-326-7118, 702-220-7037 and fax 800-293-9395. They call from 702-853-17XX numbers and ask you to call 800-990-4765 or 800-760-9745. Stupid CA exposed on LV television as collecting UMC hospital medical debts that are too old for SOL or were bankrupted. Who knows what other bogus debts they try to collect.

Dont answer their calls. Send them a cease and desist and demand for proof letter. When they continue to call...and they will...record all those calls then sue them for FDCPA violations. Look up the officers of this company on the NV SOS site so you can sue them personally. A Naca.net lawyer will sue for you so check them out. Shut this scam office down!!! Their website Aargon.com is BS. They wont let you contact them by email or phone and publish no address. It all spells SCAM to me so screw em and sue em!!!

ever since i got my new cell, this number kept calling to look for a couple i had no idea who they are. it's been more than a year now. i once told them not to call this number again, but they didn't stop.

Computer generated voice message left on our machine.  They are looking for a [first name garbled] Campbell about "an important business matter."  They ask for a return call at 800-760-9745.  We've also received calls from 702-853-1716.

Also received a call from them at least twice already stating my wife owes money.  Funny because my wife is a foregn national with no credit cards in her name.  I have reported then to the FTC, DONOTCALL.GOV and local advocates.  Also have gone to the http://naca.net/ website and contacted a lawyer.  Sent a cease and desist letter also.  Screw em and sue em is what I say.
