Got a missed call on 12/10/15 at 8:55pm Pacific Time - no message left, who calls this late?  Number is now blocked.

These jerks call us repeatedly, saying we "came up on their list as preferred travelers," and try to sucker us into a Las Vegas trip. When we ask them to stop calling and remove us from their list, the caller becomes VERY rude and argumentative, and usually ends up hanging up on us. We block them from calling, but they eventually call back from another number.

Got a missed call at 6:15 tonight.  Would not have answered if I had been near the  phone as a 702 area code is a NO NO because I don't know anyone in that area of the country,

Just now.  No message.  IDer says "Nevada Call".  Dialed back got the message "your number cannot be completed as dialed...."

They call and leave no message. I found this.

They left a message:  90% off a trip to Cabo or Cancun.  5 days, all inclusive meals, drinks, 5 star hotel for only $149 per person.  Yeah, right, I believe that. . .

I didn't answer, and they left no message, 2nd call today (different number) from Nevada. I called this one back out of curiosity, but "this number is no longer in service..."  Obviously a robocall. I wish there was an electric pulse generator we could use to knock their equipment out of service. Permanently.
