called and hung up no answer and on call back no listed number

got the same call this morning.. no one would answer when i said hello?  what is this?

me too, its RPN RESARCH CENTER, They wanted to see if i wanted to sell my car.

asked info about my truck i'm trying to sell, it reminded my of something you would see out of a fraud scam

Got a call from a private #. A message was left to call 702-893-7000, that if i had my car for sale. I never called back because I saw the postings on GOOGLE.

I got tired of these calls so I called the BBB in Las vegas # 702-320-4500. I was informed that the name of this company is Expert Auto and they get info from Craigs List and try to be a middle man to sell your vehicle for a fee. I suggest if you continue to get calls from these people, call the BBB at the above number and complain.

received the same call/message today for the car I am trying to sell on autotrader.com...the message seemed odd, so I googled the number and found this....

I got a call from this company too and did a google search, glad I did. The number came up as Public Recycler though which there was no listing for it on Google I got a number on my caller id that was different than the number the guy gave 702 893 7000 was on my ans machine and 702 893 7035 was on the phone

I have a truck For Sale posted on Craigs List. I got a Voice Mail from this number, but am not returning his message, since I don't need anyone in Las Vegas wasting my time while I'm selling my truck in Iowa.

I recieved a voice mail at 12:30pm PST on June 2nd 2009. The voicemail stated, "I'm calling about yolur vehicle, if its still avaliable call me back at 702-893-7000". I have my vehicle listed on eBay, craigs list, and autotrader.

I did call back and it is just a company that will be a third party and I doubt they will come through with how professional their voicemail was.

I wam selling my car on craigslist. My phone did not even ring and I got voicemail which said "I'm calling about your vehicle, if its still avaliable call me back at 702-893-7000".

Yeah, I recently sold a car on Craig's List so this is the common denominator.  They left me a message today with this number to call back.  What a pain?!

I have a car listed for sale on autotrader. Received a call from 702-893-7034 and they left the same voicemail as others received: "I am calling about your vehicle that is for sale, if it is still available call me back at 702-893-7000."

I googled the # after noticing the call back number was different than the caller ID number just as if they called from a call centre. Guess I was right, but it does stink b/c I really was hopeful that it was a potential buyer.

Also left me a message regarding a Craiglist posting I have up. A guy with an southern/mid-western accent I can't place said "Yeah, I'm calling you about your vehicle. If it's still for sale, call me back at, ah, 702-893-7000. Again, 702-893-7000. Thanks." My voicemail system said the call came from 702-893-7034. Bogus! Thank you 800notes.com.

Same deal here. The last post described this guy voice pretty good. I have a vehicle for sale on Craigslist. If I wanted to pay someone to sell it I would ask. These people are parasites!

Same here posted on craigslist my car now I get this call looked it up  on google so glad I did. Shame on them

Got the same message from same number asking if I still had my car and interested in selling.  Screw calling them back.
