Called my cell phone, which is on the do not call list.  It got promptly ditched by my call blocker.  I called the number back from a work phone, and just got a busy signal both times.  Probably a phone scam.

Called my cell phone, which is also on the do not call list.  Given the previous comment... I suspect a new phone scam... but I did not bother to call them back.  I just blocked them.

I answered this call Christmas Eve and the automated msg told me they could lower my interest rate to press 9.  I pressed 9 to ask them to take me off their call list.  The guy who answered argued with me several times then all of the sudden there was another guy on the line saying Victorias Secret gave them my number and when was the last time I shopped there?  Totally weird so I hung up because I was getting no where.  Asked several times to take me off their calling list and they did acknowledge it. BLOCK IT!

WARNING--BEWARE!! These callers are   B I G   credit card criminals, known as the card service scammers! Under NO circumstances, give these lowlifes your credit card number, or you will regret it forever!

Beware the caller is an inmate running a scam.

Caller was a man I think, asking for money for a sex change.  I offered him the loose change in my car, but he/she was not interested, he said he was only accepting dollar bills.

The caller said she was from Targetmart, to which I replied I have had never heard of it.  Then she changed the story to say she was calling from the Walmart Pro Center.  I think this was a scam.

Called husbands phone then mine, both are listed on Do Not Call List. Caller left No message either time. When I called it back I got a recording, the "Call Cannot be Completed as Dialed"

Got a call from this number on my mobile phone, from a dialer instructing me to press 9 if I wished to lower my interest rate on my credit card. I pressed 9, intending to get my number removed from their call list. The call was picked up by an Asian-sounding man who greeted me (without a company name). I told him I had pressed 9 to have my number removed from their call list. He said "No, you pressed 9 to lower your interest rate." I told him I only pressed 9 because it was the only option available to me and could he please help me remove my number from their list. He then hung up on me.

After this call on my cell phone, and the treatment I received, I realized that I had had calls on my home phone from this same company (different speaker) and had been hung up on previously for asking to have my number removed.

Got a call on my cell, did not recognize number, didn't answer, no message...standard protocol.

The card service scammers   WILL   'service' our credit cards,   BUT,   when they finish 'servicing' them, they will have NO available credit remaining! People that are fooled into having their cards 'serviced' will be charged a MINIMUM of $795.00, and many times the ENTIRE amount remaining on the card. The card service scammers are a disgusting group of degenerates, who prey mainly on the low income, and the elderly, but will cheat anyone that they can!

Called my cell phone. I was in the back. No message, Did not call this strange number back. Came online here instead. There are scammers from the Country of India who are using bogus American Area Codes +xxx-xxxx to call folks in North Carolina. Do not answer and do not call back. The FBI is investigating as well as the State of NC. I obtained this info from Attorney General's Office in Raleigh NC.

Just got the call to my phone in NC and I did not answer! SCARY!

Same deal called I didn't pick up no message. Thanks for reporting and saving me time.

Just received a call from this number. Nobody on the other end of the line and it hung up in me after a few seconds. Weird!

Called my cell New Years Day. It was a weird number. I didn't answer; they didn't leave a message. Came here to note it.

The fact that the prefix is 009 makes it obvious that this is a bogus operation.

Just received a call from this number thought it was bogus didn't answer or call back. Someone needs to stop these losers.
