I've been receiving calls from this number for a couple months now.  Asking for a Charles Hunter.  The one time I managed to answer it, and they didn't just leave a message the man on the other end said he was calling to collect money b/c someone had been dialing this number from jail.  When I asked to removed from their calling list, he said that was not possible.

I googled this number and they are a collection agency but no one answered wheni called back

the man who called me said his name so fast i didn't get it. the phone number he called from was 703-218-3100. i have no idea who they are, or what they want. he called my cell phone.

I just started receiving calls from Ron Cole with RRCI from the same # everyone has posted, he left me an account # and wanted me to call him ASAP!  No idea what he wants, he has my work # and I am not sure how he got it.  He never gave the name of the person he is looking for.

someone called sandy white left msg on our office number. she was very nasty. returned call but she wasn't there. no further followup. weird.

I just talked to a person name "allan" who was rude, arrogant and no good manner at all...instead of explaining what is the purpose of call he started screaming to my ear. Please investigate RRCI employees I think they are ignorant bunch of employees

They call & hang up when I answer. I called back no one answers its a machine.

I received a collection letter.  I have never received a bill from Global Tel link ever.  When you call the number you only get a message about nobod being available to take your call.  You use  their employee directory for an extention number-you get dead air.  I do think this is a scam to get you to pay them money that is truly not owed.

This is a collection agency used by Global Tel Link (GTL).  GTL is a prepaid call company to allow their customers to accept calls from inmates in prison.  It's not a company scamming people, but if you are receiving calls from this company and don't have a GTL account, I'd suggest calling GTL to clear it up.

I get these calls offen always an automated service. When I try calling back I always get a voicemail box. Not sure of what the issue is but you may want to block it from your phone.

I know who GTL is however I have not had an account for a while I thought it was strange because when I had the gtl account I received bills regularly and when I spoke to Bob from RRCI he said my bill was returned so I paid but now they are calling me on my cell and my work

File a complaint with the Attorney General in your state and the state where ever they have locations. If you paid this and kept the proof they have no business calling you any longer. You need to tell them not to call you any longer especially your place of employment. Also file a complaint with the better business bureau, and the ACA. Do not give them another dime. This is now harassment what they are doing.

The man's name was Carlos and he stated he was representing a service company for added on phone services.  I signed up for 3rd party phone services, and verizon was not to charge any additional fees.  GTL - the other phone company has been completely paid for.  This company is a scam, trying to collect for services that have already been completely paid for.  GTL - you pre pay ahead of time.

Please stop callin my cell phone, I dont know any one in prison

Have received several voice messages from RRCI mentions my name but they don't give a reference number or any info for when you call back.  I agree there is something fishy about this place.

This is a collection agency who buys debts and then tries to collect.
I advise you to not give them any personal information.
