Someone called from this number and then  asked me to call this number --- 703-813-1410 which I did and it
Leads to Shawn Carter's voicemail.

The call was from Nationwide Credit Agency for an outstanding bill I was completely unaware of.  The call was legit, but the way they go about it is very suspicious and aggravating.  They probably do that because if they identified themselves upfront as debt collectors, privacy laws would be violated and you'd probably hang up anyway. I would take the call and ensure you don't have outstanding debts you aren't aware of!

This number shows up on my caller-ID almost 4-6 times a day, every single day - Monday-Sunday. No messages are left, and the number appears on the ID as "Blocked Number or Name" and as always, NO MESSAGES! What is anoying is that they call on Sundays too! What gives here? If all of these complaints go unnoticed by the FCC, then something is wrong here with protecting our "private and/or civil" rights.

As did the other people who have complained about this number, when I try to call back, the number is disconnected or can not be completed as dialed! What gives?!!

Got a call from 703-245-1909 answered and no one was there, I called it back and got a recorded message saying the number was a nonworking number.

Ok.so this is ridiculous.. private caller.. home phone, 7032451909 house phone...and now my cell phone.. 3-4 times a day.. I DONT PICKUP..

Get the phone company to pull the number off!

I get calls from this number every day sometimes twice a day - never leave a message - glad I got that caller id.  703 is a Northern Virginia area code

I receive calls in a daily basis, day, night and weekends. How can I have this people annoying me?

These idiots must be busy!  And we don't OWE any bills, at ALL, so go figure?  

The phone rang, the caller ID said PRIVATE NAME, the number was the same one everyone else is noting here, 703-245-1909, I answered and there wasn't anyone on the line.  Thinking it might be a friend from northern Virginia, I googled the number and ended up here!

I also reported the number to www.donotcall.gov  -- the more of us who do this, the sooner this clown will stop.  This was my first call, I'm hoping the clown misdialed, and isn't going to be calling me every day at all hours!

We get multiple phone calls everyday from this phone number. It plays a recording asking us to call them back at 1-800-481-2651. I called this number back and the first person I talked to became agresive and hung up the phone. The second time I called back, it was a diferent person so I asked to speak with a supervisor. They dumped me to a mailbox. I called back a third time and the supervisor told me that the company was NCC and we had buisness with them so I couldn't report them. Thing is, we don't, so I reported them.

I get calls from 703-245-1909 as a Blocked Name. I am on the Do Not Call Registry. I'm sick of these calls.

Called several times one day.  I picked up and person identified herself as Carmen and asked specifically for my 10 year old daughter and my husband.  Very scary.
