twice this place called me, i do not know who they are and in doing a reverse lookup, it appears to be a telemarketer although it claims on the recording that it is not (cmon people, give me a break), i have since registered on the FTC do not call register but it takes 30 days for it to take so this complaint is for these unethical (aka, liars!) people who claim they are not telemarketers when that is exactly what they are.

This is a Collection Agency, Try Calling the Number next time.  And Pay your bills.

Also the FTC do no call list does not apply to Collection Agencies.

This place has called me as well stating they are a collection agency.  When I asked for what bill, they wouldn't tell me anything unless I verified my address. I told them I will not verify anything until they can tell me what this was about.  They hung up.  Problem is I have ALWAYS paid my bills, have NEVER been delinquent in any account.  I think some people shouldn't be so quick to judge others without knowing ALL the facts.  If they are a bonifde collection agency, you would think they would tell you why they are calling and not hang up when asked a simple question.  Hmmm. sounds extremely fishy to me. It is very possible, and probable, that it is a scam of some sort and they can collect your phone number from all sorts of lists.

If they are a collection place, then they could talk when you answer, instead of hanging up everytime, Try calling back and get nothing

So Joe, are you the collection agency?

Please identify yourself and let us all know where you live and what your home phone number is, so all the debtors can deal with you directly.

This company keeps calling my number looking for someone else. When I call back, they call me a liar when I tell them it's the wrong number and to stop calling me.

And Joe C, why should anyone pay a collection agency that won't tell the truth of who they are? If they want to be paid, they should be honest, otherwise, how does anyone know the debt is valid? I could send you a bill claiming you owe me a million dollars, but I'd still have to prove it. This company isn't willing to do that, so to hell with them.

I haven't answered the call but the number shows up on my phone sometimes. They should leave a message. As for Joe C if you are a ligitimate company you should not have a problem identifying who you represent. I am a collector and I don't do that to people. You get more bees with honey!!! remember that in collections. Being nasty only gets you avoided!!!

This is a telemarketer. They sell vacation vacations on the pretence you've won 3 free vacations, but your cost at the end is $698. They what your money right there and then, &698, but when I said that I needed time to think it over, and I would not give them my credit card information, they then put someone else on the phone. Now, my package cost $298 less their commission, but I had to call back in 7 hours or I would lose the vacation offer. And by the way, who do you think you are to judge someone. You don't know if they have experienced some misfortune. I had to retire 4 years ago, due to chron pain and sice than the pain has caused my body to start shutting down. I gave up a 1K job for retirement & SS, which took me 3 years to be approved. I now earn about 1/3 of my salary, and I have to pay out of my pocket for health insurance  a little over &13,000 a year for it. I pay my bills, but I have to limit everything in my life. I only drive for healthcare and if I have a little money, I get to buy a little food. I can't afford clothes, and I've haven't had a meal in months. I get maybe no more than 200 calories a day. Who are you to judge that women!!!..... It maybe your turn once, these things are not planned, they just happen, like life.

Joe C, you are an idiot that thinks you know everyones business, but you don't. I am being billed by a previous landlord that says I owe another $130.00 in rent, that I do not owe. They can't tell me why they are charging me this rent. I over paid this rental agency a $300.00 penalty the last month I lived there for being out of the lease. I gave them a 2 month notice to vacate and had them sign and date it and they are still trying to charge me more rent that I do not owe. Not all companies are honest and credible and rip people off. So Joe C, I pay my bills and on time, but shysters like NCC help to bully and intimidate people to give there hard earned money for things they don't owe for. What would you do with a brain if you had one Joe C.? Never mind, you will never have to find out! IDIOT!!!!

I was falsely reported to this company for money that I do not owe and I am now being harassed by them at work, my cell phone and my handicapped mother gets the same harassing calls on her unpublished number.

Total scamsters gave them my credit card for a supposed account to pay a 200.00 bill and they drained it for my entire life savings.I got my money back from the bank.

You work for them, doncha?  Otherwise you wouldn't be here because you are plainly perfect - or very bored.

Too tired,  you just described exactly what I was going to say. I experienced the same thing. Had a 1K job, had too retire b/c of chronic pain. Waited 3 years for my SS to be approved. I received my pension faster. I too pay a little over $13K for health insurance. And YES THEY ARE TELEMARKETERS WHO TELL YOU YOU WON 3 VACATIONS. I received these calls 3 times.JOE C. , GET YOUR CRAP TOGETER. who do you think yom are to judge without facts. Your response had no bearing to this website and had no merits of facts. Your just a trouble maker, without a life, who trolls the net to fill your day. I bet your unemployed. Put up or shut up.

calls almost daily from 703-245-1934 asking to speak to my daughter.  Tell them she is a minor, they ask for her DOB and last four of SSN.  Tell them to read it off but they refuse to tell me anything.  Said a letter was mailed but we received nothing. told them to put us on "do not call" but they continue. They say it's related to HIPAA.

Folks, don't get so stressed out about this.  Ignore them and they will go away.  Don't call them back it only encourages them.  If these people have a legitimate matter to discuss with you they will leave a detailed message so you will know it is important enough to return their call.  Otherwise they are just scam artists of some sort.  Don't dignify what they do by paying them all this attention.  If they are rude or harassing you report them to the Attorney General of the state you live in and they will be dealt with legally.

If you want a bill collector to stop calling all you have to do is tell them you do not want them to call and they have to stop.  That is Federal law.  It does not stop collection activity but it will stop the harassing phone calls.
