Someone has tried to call me from this number for two days in a row.  I don't recognize it so and I don't answer.  Whoever it is has not left a message either time.

Calls allllllll the time, never leaves a message, when I try to call back no one answers.

call came from Nationwide Credit Corporation (http://www.nccva.com/) in Alexandria< VA - was using old outdated information from a Virginia county.

They've called multiple times and left recorded messages. Claiming "This is not a marketing call," but "regarding a personal business matter." But why would there be a recorded message when it is not a marketing call? And how personal can the business be if they don't even call with a live person, or having a name to call?

When I called back, they told me that they thought I was a company that I had never heard of.  I do not know "Cat Trucking"  I believe it is a marketing thing and that the standard answer to someone who calls them back so we are to believe it was a mistaken call and not a sales call or a scam

They said they were collecting for Fairfax gov't ane wanted me to give them my checking acct number for a $30 charge. I told them to send me a bill since I don't give strangers my checking act number on the phone. It's been 2 weeks and I haven't received anything from them.
I think they look up old Fairzax county records and pose as their collection agency.

Received a call today, they used outadated information and said I owed $400+ in taxes for fairfax county.  It is not true and must be a scam.  I told them to mail me something.  They don't even have my current address..so I don't expect anything in the mail.  Fairfax County should and has my info.

This number has called me the past 3 days, never leaves a message, and will not answer when I call them back. The strange thing is they call my cell phone which is a new number that most of my friends don't have yet. I read that people are reporting it as a collection agency out of Fairfax, Va. but I live in Kentucky and always have. No creditors or lending agencies have my cell number, so I have no idea who this is or what they could want.
