this is the sterile number (outgoing) from the office of the director of national intelligence (ODNI) located in tysons corner, va

I'm being stalked by someone named Ed at that number.

called me on cell phone and land line; when I called back and blocked my number, the recording said that this number was not valid.  telemarketer or a financial company

I got a call from this number. I slso tried to call back and got recording saying nr is disconnected. Turns out It was a friend calling from a us military office bldg where he is doing consulting work for DOD.

When I answered the 1st time, there was a series of beeps.  I thought maybe this was a fax to a wrong number so I tried to call it back and was told the number was disconnected or not in service.  They have been calling every 5 minutes or so for the past half hour to a work number.
