I guess this guy's cell number may have been hijacked

Just had a call from this number. No message left.

Call from the Democratic Party of Virginia.  Tried calling this number later in the day and the message given was the phone number's mailbox had not been set up.  Most likely a new cell phone and the person behind this number is using this to hide his anonymity.

If you're going to call me and solicit my vote, identify yourself fully and don't hide behind a spoofed or blocked phone number.  It may sway me to vote for the opposing party.

Called for someone who does not live in my residence. I nicely said it was a wrong number. Has called twice since on subsequent evenings asking for the same person even though I explained I had had the phone number for 20 years.
