Called, didnt leave a message..I called back, just kept ringing...ringing....ringing...hmmmm....I WANT to talk with them!!!!! HELLLO????

Received a call from 703-471-0869 at 3:23 PM, caller name ID read Baco Rlty Corp, recording said "This is Heather from Account Services" calling about "lower your interest rates."

Yes, appears Rachel retired!

But the rest of the family showed up to take her place...

Same thing here - Call from 703-471-0869 about 5 PM 4-26-14, left same message on answering machine about "lowering your interest rate". I have registered my # with the do no call list, but it doesn't stop these people and the Govt. doesn't go after them either. They are not suppose to call you if you are on the DO NOT CALL LIST !

The telephone number 703-471-0869 is spoofed, and here is the familiar script:

"Hello this is Heather at Account Services, and we’re calling in reference to your current credit card accounts.  There is no problem currently with your accounts. It is urgent however that you contact us concerning your eligibility for lowering your interest rates, to as little as 6.9%. Your eligibility expires shortly, so please consider this your final notice. Please press 1 now, on your phone, to speak with a live operator and lower your interest rates, or press 2 to discontinue further notices.  Thank you and have a great day."

Ditto.  Caller ID said Baco Rlty.  Called my at my work number.

Spam caller

Just got a call from the same number. Reporting them to my credit card company. This is unacceptable.

Don't know anyone from Virginia so almost didn't answer my cell, but it was the usual call from your credit card company (of course, unnamed, so I know it's not really as a legitimate company would identify which one they're calling from)...that's what I hanged up.  This was to my prepaid cell phone so it actually is costing me $ (as opposed to my land line which won't cost me to pick up).  All of our phones are on the do not call list, but this doesn't seem to be enforced.

WARNING--BEWARE!! These callers are   B I G   credit card criminals, known as the card service scammers! Under NO circumstances, give these lowlifes your credit card number, or you will regret it forever!

I forward all my calls to my cellphone and just block the number. They get one call and blocked.

The card service scammers   WILL   'service' our credit cards,   BUT,   when they finish 'servicing' them, they will have NO available credit remaining! People that are fooled into having their cards 'serviced' will be charged a MINIMUM of $795.00, and many times the ENTIRE amount remaining on the card. The card service scammers are a disgusting group of degenerates, who prey mainly on the low income, and the elderly, but will cheat anyone that they can!
