Heavy Indian accented man left a message threatening legal action from the IRS. Said heaven help us if we didn't respond. The irs does not make out-bound calls of this nature.

I never answer calls from numbers I am not familiar with. I figure if it is important enough they will let a message.  I received a call from this number at 1:55 pm on 8/4/15.  Said call was coming in from VA, USA.  I did not answer and no message was left.

I got a call threatening me saying If I do not have my attorney contact Officer Brian Miller at 7036340289 that all they could do was wish me luck. There was more information at the beginning of the call but I could not understand it at all. It was a recording or a man that had a heavy accent and was difficult to understand. I called the number back to see if I could speak with someone I could understand and it said this number was not in service.

an indian guy keeps calling me from this number ,stating hes with the irs. His name is jason miller ..lol yeah right..

I've been getting the same thing.  I signed the number up for a bunch of automated Birthday phonecalls, and a gay sms message subscription.

I just got the same thing today. I guess it's a prank.

Just got a phone call from this number. This is most certainly a scam, the guy told me his name was Brian then that his name was Stacey... Super confused..

Got a call from them number saying "Call this number or I will pursue legal action and all I can do is wish you luck as the situation unfolds"

I got a call from this number today. The guy left a voicemail saying the same thing others have reported here, that he was an IRS agent and my attorney needs to contact him ASAP. And something really stupid at the end, like 'may God have mercy on my soul!' if I didn't return the call. LOL.

First of all, I don't owe any back or current taxes. So I knew right away this was a scam phone call.

Second, the IRS will NEVER call you! They send letters through the US mail. If the situation escalates, they will send notices via certified mail.

The only time you would get a phone call is if you are already dealing with a local IRS agent.

I think impersonating an IRS agent is a federal offense? I'm going to check the IRS website and report this.

This is a scam, not the IRS, when I told him that he was obviously NOT a Federal Agent he started using profanity and hung up.........I called him back and he again used profanity and blocked my call........after 3 calls back from different numbers I have at my disposal he screamed, "Oh my GOD" and blocked that number.........mission accomplished..........

I got a similar call from this number. I don't answer unknown numbers but they left a voice mail supposedly from officer Sean Miller. If this guy is really named Miller he must have an amazing family tree as he spoke wit a very heave accent. Very threatening, saying if they don't hear from me or my attorney I was evidently going to be in deep trouble. I had trouble understanding most of the call so not sure who he was pretending to be from. If the dipstick calls back I just might have some fun pulling his chain. Answering with the line "Blade mortuary, you stab them, we slab them" or "Foxy massage parlor, how may we service you" usually scares them off. Or claiming to be a local police department sends them sputtering.

I got a phone call this morning and the gentleman said he was from IRS and I should contact him or good luck with what will happen to me. The call is coming from Virginia or at least the area code is from there. Be very careful IRS doesn't not make phone calls.

Same thing here.  He's been calling my number for a week now.  I told him I reported him to the authorities.  He said, "Oh my goodness" and hung up on me.  I called back but he blocked my number.   PLEASE people sign this SCAMMER up for mailing lists and auto calls.  Lets fight back!

I got the same call today with one exception. He said his name was Officer Jason Miller. I called back but it isn't a working number.

I got the same call. I called back and could not understand what they where saying. I asked to speak to someone I could understand and they told me to just wait till the officers came to arrest me and hung up on me. Very suspicious, I doubt this is real . Any info is helpful. I am going to report this number to the IRS

LOL - at the office and had to hold my laughter in - almost had coffee come out my nose!

A man with a heavy accent called me from this number, threatened that he was from the IRS and need information. When I refused to give him my information and asked why he was calling, he became increasingly threatening. I would block this number if you get a call.

Left me message from Officer David Murphy.  Decided to call back to play a few games with this idiot...number rang and then said the number was not in service.
