Please be advised that I have been receiving unauthorized harassing calls from 703-635-2422. I am not interest in their scams so please let this be a first and final warning Stop Calling!!! You will be reported to the appropriate legal authorities for invesitigation of your illegal business solicitations

Why do you think WE are calling you?

This is a discussion forum where one can report or describe suspicious or unknown phone calls, but reporting them here does not stop the calling.  YOU have to take action to do that!

The first step is to read, before posting!

So many of these type of comments are made, that I agree with you, many people that post and complain are simply doopas.

Would like them to stop calling.

The callers never read these posts. This is not a forum to communicate to the callers. Rather, it is used to inform others who receive calls to advise them who and why the calls are made. Your message will never reach the callers.

Call blocker might be your best bet.

I received a call from this number, just a beep and it hung up

They call but leave no message. I've given up answering

Got a call 5/9.  No message left.  Caller ID said Virginia call.   I don't answer calls from names and numbers I don't know.

Received a call at about 6:00pm cdt.   Silence and then a hang up

5/12/14, 2:35 pm, called my unlisted landline.  Since many warn that picking up just makes it worse, regardless if you are on a Do Not Call List, I just ignored it.

May make no difference, but at least I did my part - Reported 'em.

Called at 8:40 PM. Left no message. CID shows "Out of area".

Not sure he is posting to YOU at 800notes.  He's posting publicly to whoever from that phone number's organization that might read it.  I've said some similar things. :-)

received calls from this one again the other day.  No message left. We won't answer these unknown calls that are *so* important they don't have a real company name on the caller ID and don't leave a message.  Why don't they understand this?

Time to start filling out donotcall.gov reports again... boy this gets tedious.

It's an organization collecting donations for Veteran's.  A minimum of 10% is kept by their company & they didn't say the maximum amount that they keep.  The also tell you they are recording the phone call & will mail out information if you pledge a donation.  From what it sounded, they are not a "non-profit" organization.

Noticed the # on my caller ID when I got home, no message left, only "Arlington, VA" was listed for the name. SO ANNOYING!! I WILL NOT do business with or contribute to any charity that does this!!!!

Just got a call from this number.  I did not answer, and they left no message.  Caller ID said "McLean VA."

Called, VM was the ended call tone.

If you don`t know who is calling you look it up on yr.comp. That's what I do.Then  I block them.:-)
