they called and dont talk, and when i call back they dont answer

Its a child playing on someone phone I've called back several times to figure out who's calling my line. Shame on them!!!

Someone calls they don't say anything. When I called back they don't answer.

They called and asked if I needed my kitchen or bathroom remodeled, and when I said no, they were all new, and tried to find out how they got my name and number, he ignored me and started repeating himself. When I said I was on a no call list, he ignored that to, and just kept talking.

Telemarketer for CAPITOL, or some such contractor.  Hawking window replacement.  Made an appointment but called back afterwards to cancel and the phone was disconnected.

Female calls and ask his wife to speak with Les and when I ask her who she is, she hangs up on wife.

Some d from this number called my house asking if I own my house.  I just kept asking him why he was calling.  He said he was from "Capital", whatever that is, and eventually hung up on me.  I've found that the best way to deal with these dbags is to act like one right back.  Eventually they get frustrated and give up.  It's very satisfying.

Same experience as Lenora.  Delayed "hello" and then asked me to hold, apparently about to transfer me.  I asked who they were and he said that he was from Capital & asked me if I was the owner of the house.  When I politely asked him to please put me on his do not call, he just persisted and kept raising his increasingly belligerent voice as he asked me if I rented and if the owner was home...over and over.  Crazy!  Ugh.  How can I enforce the do not call request?

evening call, would not identify what company their calling from ,they insisted to speak to the owner and when i said no" they wanted to start all over again!!!!
