IC Systems is a collection agency scam.  They change numbers frequently as there is a growing list of people who are researching them to stop them.

They called me as well always a guy sounding from the middle east

I recently switched to a new cell phone carrier and now I'm getting phone calls from this 703-656-9860 constantly.  How can I get it to stop?

Get constant harrassment from this IC Systems company and there is no reason to be calling this telephone number.  I am composing a cease and desist letter for them and will be reporting to the attorney general also in my state.

IC started calling me on the 3rd of April and they have escalated to 5 times a day.  A couple hours ago I faxed to them a Cease and Desist letter.  If I receive future calls I will sue them.  Their FAX # is 651-204-1220.

Under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act Section 806, the collection agency must cease the harassment immediately.  If they choose to continue to telephone you are allowed to sue up to $1000.  So put the screws to them.

they have been calling me for months - i told them i was not giving then my visa number and would make payments if they gave me an address and they said I just didnt want to pay the debt and they would let the company i owed know that and they hung up on me.  so now i just don;t answer their calls because i have went round and round with them.

They never leave messages and I dont know who they are

This # calls up to 5 times daily and leaves no message. When answerig there is a pause for a moment and then a recording voice saying wait for important message. I then hang up.

this number call at least three times a day even on sunday

I had fraudulent activity on my bank account by an internet company. I had to close my account and file a police report. These people call me from area codes all over the U.S. even my own area making it look  like someone I know. Each new # I have to add to a category that goes straight to voicemail, then they hang up. There are about 50 # different #'s. I don't know how to stop it.

IC Systems is a crooked debt collector using all methods possible.

These people are relentless!!!! They continue to call my Mom and me about an AT&T phone bill.
The bill got out of hand when other people put charges on my Mom's phone. My Mom has been
paying on the bill a little a month. She is trying to what is right because the phone is in her name.
She is 77 years old and living on SS. Even though we have told them they are harassing her because
she is paying on this bill and they do not have the right to call everyday, they continue to call. We
have gotten to the point if they call, we just do not answer the phone!! Even so, this is irritating to say the least. These people need to be STOPPED!!

Keep calling my cell  2 or3times aday

It's the same that happen to me, I don't know why I keep getting calls from (703) 656-9860, they are wasting their time whoever these scums are. They need to be put to prison for fraud.

Someone has been calling my cell from this number relentlessly ever since last Saturday morning at 8am.  They have called at least 10 times without leaving a message.  Starting today, I am getting calls from a 603 number.  They have called twice - no message.  What is going on?  I don't owe anyone money that's past due.  Are these people really scam artists?

703-656-9860 keeps calling my cell phone number trying to reach someone whom they call Felicia Forrest.  I am not Felicia Forrest, and cannot seem to reach a person to tell them this information.  The recording I get after entering my cell phone number (as part of their recording) states to press one if I am Felicia Forrest, press 2 if I am the spouse of Felicia Forrest, or press 3 if Felicia Forrest is not available.  I received calls from the San Francisco bay area months ago and told them they had the wrong person, guess who....Felicia Forrest.  Now I receive calls from this number.

i just  never  answer that number

I just made the mistake of talking to them,  The person on the other end was very relentless about getting information from me, the only thing they proceeded to get from me was a very stern DO NOT CALL me again, or I will contact an attorney as I know my rights under the Fair Debt Collection Act, and I hung up.  So we will see what happens.    

These agencies should be regulated more carefully.  When I was driving Semi, I was very heavily regulated, as are Doctors, Pilots etc,  these people have no regulations, ( that they follow anyway ) Seem to think they are above the law, and such.   Personally I think they should be regulated even more so.

Just dont answer that number, how can i autom. reject that number?
