I didn't answer this call because I was not familiar with the phone number.

this number has been calling my phone all day. no message. i don't answer either.

I received this phone call twice today.  I did not pick it up because I figured if it was important they would either leave a voicemail or text message.  Now that others have also commented on the matter I know its not a relative or co-worker, in which case I'm curious to call back (then again do I really want to be solicited??)

I recieved 2 calls from this number.  I answered the second one curious about who it might be.  The asked for me and I asked who they were and were the were calling from.  The person would not give me any information she just said it was a personal matter.  She wouldn't even give me a company name.  Very strange.  I'm not sure what to do if they call again.

4 calls so far today.  only indicates its a call from Virginia.

After getting alot of phone calls from this number I decided to answer.  They are looking for my ex-husband and I'm listed as a reference.  I have been divorced for over 20 years and I told them that I haven't spoken to him for that long.

They wouldn't give me any info about this call.

this number keeps calling my young daughters cell phone!

I got 3 calls from this number so far. Two of which was today that woke me up.

All the calls they asked for a "Melony". Each time I have said "You got the wrong number" as I am the only owner of this phone for over 3 years and do not know anyone named "Melony".

Then I hang up as I always do when there is a wrong number. This last time, a guy's voice began to say "Okay. Just to let you know this conversation is being recorded for insurance and quality services"......just as I was hanging up.

I do not like any company who doesn't ask permission to record conversations.

I don't know what it was about or who the "company" was.

Next time I will get my fog horn out.  I am due in a week, tired and don't want to be woken up by some tell marketers or just non-emergancy calls.

Same thing, they keep calling and I answer with no reply. They are also useing a different number which I believe is a 609 #. I just keep flipping the lid and hanging up, thank god for caller ID.

They keep calling. Caller ID says NCO Financial

I kept getting messages on my cell phone from this number, which I did not respond to. I have called the number, it is registered to Starpower Communications in Manassas, VA. They said they were Capital One Bank. I insisted they take my cell and home numbers off their list. I am a customer of Cap One so I can't file a complaint, but anyone else can and should.

This number calls here every day. We don't usually answer because we don't recognize the number or name of NCO Financial. We did answer twice just to try and get them to stop calling and there was a recording telling us all operators were busy and please hold to discuss an important business matter. If it was that important they should have a live person on the other end of the line.

Unsolicited phone call, I did not answer.  They did not leave a message.

Stop calling me. I won't buy anything, I wont join anything.  STOP CALLING ME!

Companies are not required to ask permission.  

besides you will want your lawyer to subpeona these recordings when they won't stop calling you looking for someone else..  They will have at least 3 recordings of you telling them they called the wrong number.

as for whether you record your calls or not - check your state laws.  Some states require that you tell the other caller about recording  - others do not require you to tell them

I keep getting calls from this number. Never leaves a message. Caller ID says NCO Financial. I have better things to do than try to get to the phone. Really ticking me off!

They just started up with us.  Two calls so far this morning and never a message.  We never pick up.

2 calls on Friday 4 on Saturday.  I called my cell carrier to have calls from this number blocked, which they did for free (Verizon).
