This number is a collection agency. I am not sure as to for which company. When I called back a recording comes on and states that this is an important call to hold and a representative will be with you shortly.

receive calls several times a day - will not leave message - when answer the call no one says anything.

They call me starting at 8am and call once every hour till 9pm. Never leaves a message, no one is ever there when i answer, i couldnt even get anyone when i called it back.

Oncor Receivables Management. They are a collection company for Wal-Mart. Already set up payments and they are still harrassing me.

They're constantly calling me looking for some person I've never heard of.  I've told them to quit calling but they continue to do so.  The last time they called and asked for that person, I requested to speak to a manager and they actually transferred me to one.  The manager verified the phone number they were using, deleted it from their system and promised me they would not call any more.  Time will tell if I was successful!!

This is pure BS! Some guy just called and asked for "Diane Pervis." When I asked him to spell that for me, he said "Aaron Smith." I said sure you can speak with "Aaron" and handed the phone to another guy in the room. Fake "Aaron" went on to blast the guy for harassing us, asked to speak with his manager, said we were reporting them to our states AG, and finally said his "company" would be hearing from our attorneys. The guy who called freaked saying "no, no" and hung up. It's in all likelyhood a bogus company.

This company calls every 45 minutes (the times & dates are recorded), and when answered, no one is there.  However, once the phone call has been answered, they are not suppose to continue to call that day, per the credit bureau.  However, they continue to call even after a call has been answered.  Maybe the comapny needs to know what the law states regarding harrassment of collection agencies.

This company is calling for someone who owes them money. Once they find out thier calling the wrong number, they begin trying to collect from the person who answered the phone...Go figure... They are rude, uneducated, and probably calling from India...

Constantly calling from 8am through 9pm

This company is a collections agency outsourced to a 3rd world country through Convergys. They call every hour all day long, which is illegal and considered harassment. They also continue to call after they have been spoken to on the same day which is against collections rules.

Call numerous times every day.  Occasionally (every three to four days, they leave what sounds like a computer-generated message that asks for my son's name (mispronounced) or some other person I've never heard of.  There is never a human voice, and most times, they don't leave a message.

They call and never leave a message.  
This happens at least 4x a day.

They ask for someone that does not live here.  We told them we do not know this person.  They will not stop calling.  They left message (computer generated) on recorder to call back Mr Florendo, Encore Receivabel Management,866-802-6984.  We also keep getting calls and no one answers.

Caller ID states ERMI 703-656-9959. No message or no one line when answered. Would like to know who is this & what they want

I have been getting this call almost every day. Starting at 8am till 9pm. When I call AL I get is a recording. I missed one payment to Walmart and now they are having a collection group call me. They are as bad as hospitals. I have made payments at the store but they are still calling me. Asked them to stop and they are still. So I have gone in the store and closed my account with them. Just for one payment.

Get this call several times a day.  Called it back and they wanted to know my name, zip and number.  I asked the company.."NRA".  I said, "What does that stand for?"..."Ntl Riffle Association".  I said don't call again.  They called this morning and got a hang up.
