Call and hang up...

Same thing, call and hang up, no clue what this is all about. Thank God for Ooma, I'll be blocking this!

This number calls my cell phone but leaves no message...calls numerous times a day....I called the number back and it goes into a queue....sounds like a telemarketer to me.... Either that or someone owes some money.

Another numer this company uses is 800-561-4573.
They seem to use numerous area codes and toll free numbers......

They call 6-7 times a day on my cell phone.

this number calls several times a day on my magicjack.  no message is ever left.

This is a bill collector.

call and hangup, 15 plus times a day!  starts at 7am and doesn't end until after 10pm!

Once I got an automated voicemail that said this is IC Systems and then it hung up.

I'm sure its a bill collector of some kind, but if they can't leave a message, I won't be calling them back.  I don't even know if its for me!

IC Systems. They are a debt collector. They call up to 15 times a day. I finally answered and they explained who they were and who they were calling for. The person I spoke to was very pleasant and professional. If you want them to stop calling talk to them.

I answered the phone, but they didn't say anything so I hung up.

Man called my husbands cell # and ask for me. Had to look up # to find out who this was. How did they get my husbands #???? Who are they??? What gives a strange man the right to call my husbands cell and ask for me? Are they trying to get me in trouble? Sorry sir--my husband knows I am not like that.

They call but never leave a mssg on my voice mail....seems very suspicious to me

This telephone number was calling my home about 15 times a day while I was at work.  I took a day off and they called, I answered.  They asked for my ex-husband who I had nothad any contact with for the past 17 years.  He never lived at this telephone number.  The woman on the other end of the phone was unpleasant, rude and threatening when I could not help her. In addition, even if I knew were to reach him, I would not have given her the information just because she was so rude and making threats to me.  The are debt collectors, and nasty ones at that!

Several times a day I receive calls and no one is there...........

...they alternate phone numbers, hoping they may fool you into answering one of their calls.  They also call with no number and no name showing up on the caller i.d....  as if....    The caller id shows "unknown caller" and blank otherwise.  They claim they will keep calling anyway; it doesn't matter that I am out of work and am barely surviving - they must call at least 15-20 times a day... early or late.   I guess at least they have a job - as depressing as that job must be!  Hope it's worth it.
  This, like several other collection agencies are resorting to buying out old accounts (over 7 years old) & agressively collect on them; does anyone know if comsumer laws have changed?  Used to be statute of limitations meant these accounts dropped off your credit after seven years (accept for judgements, bk's and government loans).  These vultures (and they are vultures!); scavange through peoples' credit files looking for old collection accounts; approach the creditors; and buy these accounts for pennies on the dollar.  Then they turn around and add thousands to the balance, and threaten to take you to court and garnish your wages and/or bank accts!  There ought to be laws against these scummy, bottom dwellers!   One of these scavengers' secretary (Apollo Credit) literally referred to her boss as "an investor" when I asked who this man was calling me and saying I "owed him thousands of dollars and I better pay him now".  She described exactly the above, he buys old coll. accts, turns around and takes people to court and makes a lot of money!  Un-freakin' believable!

They called a few times and never left a message. This time they did and it was a confused sounding man asking for my husband. We'd like to work with them but we're so low on funds and I'm afraid to deal with them if they're really as sharky as people say!
