I got a voice mail from this number and is simply sounds like a woman who is upset, maybe crying/angry saying, "I can't take it anymore".  Then it hangs up.

My boyfriend received a cell phone call from this number but when he answered it nobody was there. We thought maybe it was a wrong number but he/she keeps calling and then hangs up when you say "hello".

Got a call from this number told me to wait, puts the phone down then starts talking to someone else.  Then called back again and did the same thing.

Woman caller claims to be from my bank, says she already has last four digits of my credit card number. Wants to sell me some service, protection plan, or other for credit card. I decline, but feel the caller borders on completing the necessary elements for a successful fraud / identity theft prosecution. I'm putting 703 658 8380 on the do not call list: do not call again.

I get calls from this number periodically. There are no messages left nor is there an answer when I pick up on the call. There is simply a hang up. This has been going on for a good while...I can ignore it and have...but since I decided to answer my phone again..getting calls from this number is quite annoying and very rude.

Recieved this call too at time 7:15 PM on 11/26/07. I looked up your site and it has lots of bad reports regarding this 703-658-8380 number. So i decided to report it to you guys.

Called back the number and got directed straight to voicemail. Apparently the number is from the Marine Corps Times. http://www.marinecorpstimes.com

Received a call from this number on 11/29/2007 at 7:15pm. Same exact time as  HaL.o66. I don't answer numbers that I don't know.  They did not leave a message. I hope they don't keep calling as I see they have done to others on this forum.

Called my cell at around 7 pm on 11/26.  I call it back a few minutes latr and it was a recording saying I had recieved a call from the Military Times?  They haven't call back since but I'll know not to answer for sure now.

Received calls on 11/29 and 11/30, but didn't answer because I didn't recognize the phone number. They didn't leave a message so I thought it was "fishy." Looks like maybe it is? I live in Utah and don't know anyone in Virginia (which is where my phone says the call is coming from).

got called by this number and did not pickup.  Twice this number has called and have left no message.

Got a call from this number a couple of time and didnt answer because I do not know the number.  Seems like I am not the only one getting these calls.  Hope it stops soon because it is very annoying!

I received a call from this number at 8:00 pm asking for my husband and we are seperated.  I asked who this was and she hung up.  The phone company needs to look into the complaints and investigate who this person is and file charges.

I received a hang up call from this number last night, so I looked it up on the web last night and found this web site. Then, I just received a repeat call this morning and the guy on the other end was "drunk". So, I told him he had the wrong number. Hopefully, he won't call back.
