Typical: Phone rang, I didn't recognize the number on Caller ID so I let the machine get it.  Caller left no message but it sounded like they were shuffling papers (pages of a script?), then they hung up.  I Googled the number, it appears to belong to Level 3 Communications in Manassas, VA.  Never heard of 'em, & I don't want anything they might be selling.  If they call me again I'll block the number.

Got the same call.

Seems like all of us getting same phone call, rings once or twice then hangs up.  Probably some robo-call.
Just ignore it folks!!!

Level 3 Communications is a giant telecom company.  I think they only have to do with running the telephone service itself, not who's using it.

Claimed to be from My Plumber. Received a call on July 8, 2015 from (703) 659-8380. The gentleman said they were running s $49 HVAC inspection special and a $49 plumbing inspection special. They wanted to schedule someone to come out. We've used them before, but I don't know if the call was legit. I asked him to call back the next night to give me an opportunity to talk it over with my husband, but he never did.

They just called my cellphone.  Phone rang only twice -- didn't leave voice mail.  They've called me several times in recent weeks; always the same things happens.  It's annoying enough to get scam/spam calls on my landline, but now my cellphone as well?  The Do Not Call list is being blatantly ignored.

Has called my cell phone several times. Rings once and hangs up. I answered once but no one on line. I suspect that they are trying to bait me into calling them back.

This # 703 659 6380 was given to me by a man that was on a dating site older gent said he was from Indy.
