Got call from 703-686-4102.  Showed up as Small Business on our phone Caller ID.  Refused to leave call back number or message with my assistant.

Caller refused to state the nature of his call. When told to add us to their Do Not Call list, he refused. Laughed a bit and said he'd call back all he wanted. As above, Caller ID shows "Small Business Loans" though it likely ought to say "Fraudlent Scum."

Asked to speak with owner, when I asked what was to nature of the call got rude with me. I told him my boss didn't wish to make any small loans with any over the phone company. He asked me what gave me the right to make that decision and I told him my boss did. Very rude!

If you Google this phone number you will see they have a Facebook page. I went to it and posted that they are a scam. An hour later my post was gone. Hmmmm?  Every time they call I am going to post and see how they like it.
