Received a call as if the caller were law enforcement saying among other things "good luck to you if You don't call back immediately" ... I have an unpublished number.  The nearly incoherent accent was NOT from Virginia nor am I anywhere near that state.

I received this type of calls for weeks. They have strong accents and  will leave you threatening messages. They may call you from different phone numbers, which may come from VA, Washington, DC, etc. It had gotten so bad that they would call me several times a day. My husband finally called them back and curse them out .

My husband told him "you threatened my wife several times a day for weeks, I will be calling you every  mother-f*** day to do the same to you!"   Every time the man hung up the phone, my husband called him right back. Funny thing is that the same man picked up the phone and gave different name each time.

Well, the phone calls stopped for about a week til 2 days ago. I guess they can never get enough of my husband's cursing. We will give them what they want.

Received a call from a man with a heavy Indian accent claiming to be from the IRS,threatening "good luck to you if you don't call me back right away".

This individual claims to be from the IRS, threatening "good luck to you if you don't call me back right away". If I don't hear from you or your attorney. Heavy accent, I'll try to pick up the next time he calls. I love mess'n with these scammers.

This guy with the  heavy accent called claiming to be from IRS. Called me lazy and a drunk. Threatened to have me arrested and my children taken away. What he doesn't know is that my husband is an agent with the FBI and will be looking into the call. "Good luck if you don't stop calling people." LOL

I received 2 recorded messages from 1-703-8318283 on 04/30/2014. The contents are similar to those reported above.

Yeah, I got the call and tried to call them back.  Each time, we got disconnected.  They didn't ask for any information but I was not nice.  So, in about 5 minutes I await the "sheriff" at my door to arrest me for tax fraud for the past 4 years.  RIGHT!!!!  How about the IRS would have audited me, sent a certified letter, etc. before just having me arrested by sheriffs. I feel so unimportant, "I thought the US Marshalls would knock at my door!"  

On a serious note: How can I stop the calls?  I have blocked the number.  What do they want since they did not ask for any information?

I have gotten two calls from this number.  the first time, I returned the call & the man who answered gave me a name that wasn't mine, nor was it the name of anyone I knew.  When I said that I wasn't that person and that I had been the person with the number for over two years, he hung up.  The next time that the number called, I did some research and am now posting this comment.  The message identifies the man as Adam Scott with the IRS.  IRS doesn't do business this way.

My wife has received various phone calls from this number and she is really upset because she I thinks that she is being investigated for fraud. Please can someone tell me if this is true or not she is really scared.

Phone calls claiming to be with IRS (Internal Revenue Services) and asking for my attorney's name and number. The caller has a heavy accent. Has called three times. Left message twice.
