THEY WNT STOP BLOWING UP MY PHONE!  All day long they call and if I answer they immediately hang up and then they will call and it will ring twice n hang up and I can't call it back bc it dnt go through

seriously annoying person calls and doesn't leave messages. i try to call back and the phone doesn't even ring.

They keep saying they are charter and won't let me get off the phone. They say who is your tv provider i said i don't have one they are like you don't have a tv? No i don't have cable..... Wtffffff

Call blocker might be of some help.  Also don't pick up on numbers you do not recognize, or where there are caller IDs that seem odd.  Or where there is no caller ID

Stupid phone calls from stupid people that doesn't respond when i answer the phone and just hangs up.

If these people had half of a brain they would know not to be so very rude when calling and hanging up....just stupid!!!

I got a message yesterday saying they were Direct TV.  Today, no message was left.

The number belongs to Charter Cable.

I am a Charter Spectrum customer however, I've gotten 8 calls since November 27. If I actually hear my phone ring it's only for 2-3 seconds it's gone.
I guessing there is a marketing push to up sell their existing customers.

Called 8 times and no one there when I answer.
