- suzib52Called and said they were from the National Credit Union and that our debit card was locked. Wanted account information......Big Time Scam!!!!
- brettdGot a call from this number with an automated voice saying that they were from the National Credit Union and that my debit card was locked. And if I wanted to reactivate it to enter the 16 digit debit card number. Knowing that it was a scam, I tried a fake set of numbers and it repeated the numbers with a different automated voice (a bad british accent or version thereof) and it then proceeded to tell me that it did not recognize the debit card number. DUH.

- TalmadgeOver the last few weeks I have been dealing with a long list of phone numbers that keep calling my cell phone. This phone number is connected with a company known as SDA. SDA has a long history of scamming people and have many avenues that they use to collect money from innocent people. The information they obtain through SDA on all their victims is collected by process known as Skip Tracing. They receive information on you from a previous pay day loan, check cashing outfit, or from large companies that hire SDA to collect on a debt owed to that company. Once they have a little information collected on you, they begin the skip tracing process. They obtain back ground checks, credit reports, and other public data and use that information to contact friends, family, or employers and use them as a source to obtain more personal information regarding you. They use out right lies to scare your family, friends or employers to gather the needed information. My grandmother was the one that called me first. She explained to me that a Tiffany Clark from the Kentucky District Attorney's office had just called her and said that I was wanted in the State of Kentucky for 2 felony charges. She told me grandmother that it was urgent that she give her the contact information, address, and other personal information to her regarding me. Thank God, my grandmother is a smart lady. She told Mrs. Clark that she did not feel comfortable sharing my information over the phone, and she would contact me herself, and give me Mrs. Clark's contact information and I could speak with her.
When I called Mrs. Clark, she answered the phone, "Kentucky State intake, This is District Attorney Clark, How can I help you?" I told Mrs. Clark my name and the case number and she put me on hold. After a short hold she came back on the line and flat out accused me of stealing money from a local pay day loan company in my home town. I have not taken a pay day loan out in my life. She had my social security number, my date of birth, my parents names, all my previous addresses, my current employer as well as past employers. I guess she felt the more information she shared with me as having the more hesitant I would be to question the charges against me. Long story short, I have been harassed daily by Mrs. Clark who in reality is a nobody at the debt collection company known as SDA. I have been threatened with jail, prison, having my accounts frozen, wage garnisheeing, and any other illegal act in attempts for them to get money out me. The reality of the situation is that they are breaking the law. They do not have the authority to threaten you, They do not have the authority to pose as Government Officials, Attorneys or any other agency. I have all the information on this company. I know who the owner is, where the company is actually located, where the money orders they demand you send or sent to, who the employees are (they use fake names), and all the lawsuits, charges, new articles, and so much more on this company. I am willing and more than happy to share this information with anyone that is fed up with this company.
Please contact me at fedupclassaction@gmail.com
I would display the information on this forum but because of the nature of this company and it's employees I feel more comfortable confirming through e-mail that I am speaking with a victim of this company and not just a member of this company to obtain information from.
If you receive phone calls from 703-893-7322 or 904-726-1678 please contact the Federal Trade Commission, Your local County Attorney's office, Your state's Attorney's Office, Local Law Enforcement, Your Banks, Your Credit Card Companies, Loan Companies, and any other company or organization, to report this SDA to. It is important that you notify family, friends, and employers of this company.
I have all the information you will need to help assist you in filing a law suit against this company. There is even 1 state that has taken this company to court on the federal level and it resulted in this company being fined and unable to operate in that state. This is a serious matter! Please do not ignore this company. They will get information about you regardless of your participation with them and what they do with that information could become devastating.
Again my e-mail is fedupclassaction@gmail.com- Caller: SDA
