HI Rick, I am not certain where you live, I am in NH, I got the same call.  After seeing your post, I tried calling the # back, same as you disconnected.  However my caller ID said Unknown, they left a msg, saying it was a survey and was I happy with George W. Bush.  
Our primary is this Tuesday, so we are gettings all of the calls, this one however should not have happed, I am reporting this one to my Attorney Generals office.  If you go to 411.com and enter they number, it shows as belonging to,

I'm in NH too - this number has been calling all week!

I am a registered democrat living in NH. These calls are puzzling - and annoying. They call several times per day - sometimes as late as 9:30 or 10:00 pm. (I also get calls from Huckabee! I mean, can't these people read??) Am I happy with George Bush? Am I happy with a case of stinging hemorrhoids? I get more aggravating calls from them than from the people in my own party. I am not a swing voter... Why call me? It is like David Duke calling African American votes.

I received 2 of these calls today, I am in MI and our primary is next week.

Rec'd this call today, caller I.D. said Virginia.  I looked it up on google and it also says it belongs to L. Hinton.  I didnt answer and dont intend on calling it back.  After reading the other postings it makes sense that it was a political call because I live in Michigan and the Michigan primary is on Tuesday. These calls are really getting annoying!  I've had several "weird" caller I.D.'s & am finding out that they are all these political polls and surveys.

I'm in Michigan and I just got the call, which is strange since I am a registered democrat.

I HAVE BEEN CALLED 5 TIMES IN 5 DAYS FROM THIS NUMBER 703-961-1077 SAYING IT WAS A SURVEY. BUT OF COARSE YOU COULD NOT CALLT HE NUMBER BACK- NO SUCH NUMBER. WHAT GETS ME IS THAT I'M ON THE DO NOT CALL LIST -WHATS UP WITH THAT. I LIVE IN MICHIGAN.

Have gotten 3 calls from this number so far starting on Sunday...I don't answer if I don't know the number.  They don't leave a message.  I only know the phone number because I have caller ID

I am getting these calls, too (I am in Las Vegas). I don't answer because I never answer numbers I don't recognize, but it does just say Virginia on the caller ID. I got curious today and looked it up on reverse lookup, then when I called it back it was disconnected. Strange.

I keep getting call from this number as well.  I live in Iowa and as most of you might know our Caucus' are over.  So why the heck do these people need to call me.

I am in South Carolina and it's almost 7PM my time and this # just called my house as well.  I didn't pick up because it said VA and I don't know anyone there.  I always worry when I call #'s like this back that it's logging my # into a database or something.  Who knows?
