I am compalining to FTC & federal Govt against these crooks for not following "DO NOT CALL" law.

Morris Jenkins Heat and Air. Offer to service equipment. We've used them before, so I suppose we're on their call list.

I have Caller ID and this number appeared: 704-220-0172.  I said "Hello" several times but no one said anything.  I tried to call then back but got a recording saying "You have reached a number that has been disconnected or is no longer in service."  I wish they would stop calling me.

We get calls from this number a few times a week. It's an air duct cleaning service. At first there is an automated message telling you that there are specials in your area for air duct cleaning. Then they have you press 1 to talk to a customer service rep or 2 to be removed from the call list. I have chosen 2 at least 10 times and I've never been removed from their list. Once we clicked 1 and asked for a manager and the rep who answered said, "of course, let me introduce to you Mr. Click" and hung up on us. The second time I asked for a manager when they called I was told he was a manager. So I asked to speak with his manager and he hung up on me. The third time we set up and appointment and sent them to an empty office building across town. When they called to ask where we were we told them that if they were going to continue to waste our time calling our business we would waste their time. Believe it or not they called again today.

The only way to make these jokers stop calling is to:

1) schedule an appointment.
2) File a do not call complaint with the FCC and your state DOJ office.
3) confirm your appointment when they call
4) take their photo with a camera when they arrive and get their vehicle license plate too!
5) hand them a piece of paper telling them that you've filed a complaint with the state DOJ for violating the do not call laws. On the piece of paper, include the phone number for the DOJ with your open complaint number.
6) ask them who the telemarketing company is and suggest that they contact the DOJ to rat them out.
7) contact the FCC and DOJ about your open case number and provide the updated information you received when they arrived.
8) Spread the word and be thankful that you just wasted their time for wasting your time by calling.

I get calls from this Air Duct Cleaning Service once to three times each week, I have pushed the opt out selection several times with no results. My telephone is listed with the do not call registry. My number is [removed]

made appt, made appropriate complaints to do not call, attorney general etc.....handed them a letter in person, took pictures of the people, licence plate etc.  Filed a report with the police etc.

I was told that the police cant' to anything - if they continue to call, I can sue for harassment
DOJ/Att. General - say they can't do anything either...I got a formal letter from them

I just got yet another call......I think I will look into a harassment suit.......

We keep getting calls too. Everyday in fact even after asking to be taken off the list. We are on the do not call list. The women said she would call back everyday to see if I changed my mind. Made a report with the FCC. If they call again I'm calling Chanel 9!!

We keep setting appointments with them and giving them the addresses of random empty office buildings. We have done this 3 times already. When they call to find out why we aren't there we tell them that we will continue to set appointments and waste their time as long as they continue to call us. Today when they called we set up another appointment and gave them the address at the police department.

Need to be stopped. What good is do not call listing when they get away with ignoring it. 2 or 3 calls every day

These people will not quit calling.  Do not understand why they keep calling the same people who tell them no or will not respond to their calls.  They keep wasting their own time. They also use multiple numbers.  If you have Time Warner phone you can block the numbers using My Services.  But Time Warner can only block 30 numbers at a time.  So many telemarketers who use multiple numbers.  Can't seem to stop them. Have asked them to quit calling but like all of the telemarketers they ignore.  They know that the Do Not Call list is a joke. No enforcement.  And Attorney General's office does nothing either.  Very frustrating that we are all being harassed and we cannot stop it.
