Fake home security business. This is a scam. DO NOT give them any personal info.

My teenager just got a call from this number.  She did not pick up and no VM.  Don't like it.

Same here (in Texas): there call is from North Carolina, which is what the phone said. They did not leave message.

got a call on my cell at 9:26 am EST this morning 3/21/14 in stark county,ohio.  Did not pick up, do not use voicemail, but don't know anyone from this area code.  Appears from other posts to be a scam!

Just got this call on my cell in Columbus, OH. Didn't answer. This happened to me a few months ago with an upstate NY area code too. Same thing, it seems. "Protecting your home". Scary.

The message started out stating 'the FBI reports home breakins...'  please take my phone off the list if there is one.  This is a business cell

Same thing here, no VM. Called back, goes straight to automated message saying "press any digit to be removed from this list". So I hit "1" and then it just disconnected. So my suggestion is to just do that. Lets hope it actually works.
