About a US payday loan

This is a scam!

I received a call from Jonathan Ryner advising there is a warrant for my arrest for an unpaid pay day loan. I need to pay $522 to stop the warrant they have placed on me at my local police agency.  When I asked for a complaint or docket number, and the original creditor name and phone number, the date I received  this payday loan he did not want to give me any information at all.  I was threatened with pay or resolve it in court.  I looked up this person and he was listed as an attorney at a law firm in North Carolina.  This is the third call I received from a man with an middle eastern accent from a different number stating I have an un paid payday loan and charges are being brought against me.  I have never received any court papers and Mr. Ryner will not give me any information.  I am always transfered to a different person middle eastern accent every time I call to inquire about getting a copy of the court documents, complaint filed against me.  They are saying it is from us payday/cash net usa.  These people are praying on those who apply for on line pay day loans.

Is there anything we can do to stop these people?

I just received a call from this number asking for a person that did not even work at our company with a middle east accent this is a scam he refer him as officer Choury i think he just say that to scare people.

Same thing just happened to me.  Only this is not the first time.  Same voice and he calls from different numbers.  I received 12 calls right in a row on Friday.  I called my police department and made a complaint.  The officer said to keep a log of the calls and watch my bank account.  I am so tired of them calling.  They can get really rude.  The guy who called me the other day was Stanley Steamer...can you believe it!

I received a threatening message from this number stating I was about to be arrested for fraud if I did not pay 10k from a Leo (something) who stated he was with the Jonas lawfirm. Someone even called my mom and told her a variation of my pending arrest so I called the number back and DEMANDED to know who I was speaking with and who he worked for. The name I was given was Rodrick Daniels and working for Cashnet US. They have all had middle eastern accents. I have traced the number back to a cell phone in NC. The number from my mom's call has been traced to the ST. Vincent/Grenadine area. This one doesn't even ring....I have since blocked these numbers, but isn't there something we can do legally?

Called the number back. Told them that info on the web indicated they were a fraudelent organization. When I asked for their BBB number and Federal Tax ID#, they hung up on me - twice.

Middle eastern accent--wanted to know if I had an attorney--I said No and hung up--he then left a message I could not understand

I been recieving calls for these scammers for months now. They always say they have a warrant or law sue against me and try to give a phoney docket number that does not exisist in any court system in NC. All the calls show up on my caller ID as Lincolnton, Gastonia, Charlotte, and surrounding areas. I have spoken to several Lawyers that I know. They tell me you can not be sued for an unsecured loan. That these people are scammers looking to get a hold on your bank account. If you had any thing legal against you, you must be notified in writting by the police department or lawyer.

I received a call this morning stating that there was a warrant for my arrest for financial fraud. I called the person (Nathan Jones) back and he stated that since I hung up on him that he would see to it that I was fired from my job. He did call back and try to talk to my supervisor who looked the number up and determined that it was a scam. I am sure that this is not the last I will hear from him.

Austin jones or something like that called. This happens about once a month to me.I just got called 3 times in a row. I dont have any loans thru Cash net usa anymore. This middle eastern man says they have law suit under my name and SS# and to call him right away. I DONT THINK SO. I have payday loans that is taken out of my bank account everymonth or every other week I watch it on my bank statements and online constinently. I know when they are paid and they are all on schedule. So know one should be SUEING ANY ONE!!

I have had these calls going on since January. They will not quit calling and there is nothing anyone will do about because they cant pin point who they are. But it is fun to mess with them back, I have used I have the FBI on speed dial and watch how quick they hang up

These people say they are "officer *****" (insert name here) but no jurisdiction, no badge number, no court id, etc. I truly feel they are just trying to scare people. I have never called them back but I do know they called my job repeatedly and were told NOt to call and when my employer tried to report it to the police they were unable to determine the source of the calls and I haven't been told of any since so I don't even know what they were about.
