Same thing here - got a call, picked it up, nobody was there. Caller ID says WIRELESS CALLER.

This is not a real business, just a scam making a fraction of a penny for using caller id.

Nobody cares if you buy the product they're pretending to sell, just that caller id appears on your phone.

Here are some of the other numbers being used and you can check them to see that the complaints are the same.

None of these numbers are real, they are spoofed numbers which can be made up of old or non existing numbers.

Nothing can be traced. The ONLY way for this to stop is to have the FCC get a warrent to have whoever is providing the spoof numbers, report who is using them. It will take a long time to get a judge to provide a warrant.

SO PLEASE, report all the numbers to the FCC, through the Do Not Call Registry, it's the only way and will take a long time.

The only other way is to do what I have done. Take your phone off the hook.

Called the number back.  Number message indicates it is a Majic Jack customer with no capability of accepting messages.
