Another new number, same old scam to reduce my interest rate.  Female recorded message  suggested I press nine to let the offer expire.

Scam to reduce my credit card interest rate.  Pressed 1 and told the person that this was a place of business.  He asked me how old I was and then began saying sexual things he wanted to do to me!  The creep had an accent.  I told him I was going to report the number.

The same thing happened to me. I pressed 1 to let them I didn't even own a credit card and then he started to ask my age and told me my voice was pretty.

The number is from Belmont, North Carolina. They offer to reduce your credit rates.  The customer service representative claimed to be calling from Experian (Credit Service).  They said they sent me something to my address.  They called me at work and did not know my name.  This is a scam and I am reporting them to the FTC.

Same thing here. Call was to reduce credit card interest. Pressed one and told the guy I wanted to get off the list because they call all the time from different numbers and he told me to "Fuc* off"

Filthy rotten enema bags trying to scam you with their lower interest rate schit. Their not fooling me. Once they have your credit card info prepare to bend over and get your pants down. Added their # to my block list.

They call from this number and various other numbers as a Cruise company, a Credit advisor company, and various 'Solar Home Group' companies.... it's beyond ridiculous. They call at least 4 times a day for Solar power, I'm not INTERESTED IN YOUR SCAM TACTICS!

Called, left no message, tired of blocking, how can we get these calls stopped?????

Are you required to answer your phone in any way? Telepests love folks they can count on to answer their calls in any way, especially a live voice--mandatory for their survival. If you stop taking unknown calls completely and be patient, I'd  venture to say you'd eventually cut back on the volume of junk calls you get. Numbers with no kind of answer are useless to them. It takes time and tolerating your phone ringing a lot, but it does work.

Same lame scam from a new number about lowering my interest rate.  I didn't answer and a robo call rolled to my Voice Mail.  Came up as Financial Svcs on caller Id, which is a sure tipoff that it's a scam.

Called asking if I wanted to see if my home was energy efficient and to talk about solar panels.

Ummmm thanks but I already have solar

For credit cards I've told them either I have no cards from bad credit or I always pay them off

Solar - I tell them I already have solar or I live in Canada.

Home improvement - I live in Canada or it's a brand new complete home

The annoying calls have dropped off by about 2/3

I know what I did to cut back to nearly none at all. You however, seem to be answering in some way, though, if you're telling them that. You do NOT want to talk to them at all, nor do you want the calls to be taken automatically, either. These crooks call, you'll want them to get nothing from your number but a ringing phone. I do compliment you greatly on your improvements, but you can get it to the point where they won't even bother calling. Telling them what you say still counts as an answer, even better is the fact they talk to you. Although you cut back on the calls, it's still money in THEIR pockets simply because you tell them what you do. It takes patience, time, and tolerance sitting through your phone ringing. Keep up the good work and you can do it. I wish you the best in doing it and I think you can. I did and I was getting 10-15 daily.

It shows up as Financial Srvcs but they are selling Solar. They call multiple times a day every day. We are an Electrical company and have repeatedly asked them to take us off their list.
