Have received three or four calls recently from the number, did not recognize # did not answer.

They want you to sign up for FX for $5 a month.  Bogus!  TWC that is.

I called the # back after I read that it was possibly Time Warner.   Sure enough!  TWC.....

Call 3-4 times a day, at all hours.

I get calls 4 to 5 times a day from this number.caller id says anonymous.pick up phone then hang up immediately...
