none, just repeated calls-I don't answer "unavaliable" calls

Also got a voice from this number. The 704-717-XXXX group of numbers are from the WT Harris Blvd/North/University side of Charlotte, NC, close to the hospital.

Rec. Call as Hospital billing courtesy call. They requested last 4 of SSN to speak about my bill, I refused. I google the number and found this website, just adding more info. Called Hospital and they could not verify internal number. Reported it to security. Hope this helps!

I got the same call....hmmmm...wonder what this is about.  I don't give my ssn or other info over the phone either.  And, if the call comes in as unavailable, it goes unanswered.

Any reputable caller would use an ID or leave a message...so as others have stated...beware of this caller!

I answered the call and got a recording telling me that this is a call from Carolinas Medical Center, it's an important call and I should call them back at some number they provided.  Of course I'm not calling back.

I received a call from this number. I didn't answer but someone did leave a message. They stated that they were from Carolinas Medical Center and that i should call them back before 5:00. Of course...I wont be available until after 5 ;-)

got a call from this number with a recording saying " please hold to speak about an important business matter ". the recording repeated a few times, and then said all representatives were busy, and said to call the number back.

This is the collections department at Carolinas Medical Center.  I called back and got their operator who told me exactly what they called for and what was owed on my account.

Hey Rob I thought it was me too. I got the same phone call from this number and i've been trying to look this number up to see who it belongs too. The only way to find out who this number belongs too is to go on intellius.com and buy the background report for this number. I hate it when people call me and dont say anything. I usually dont answer calls where i dont recognize the number either and truth be told, i honestly dont know why I answered at all. Thats suspicious to me. I dont like being called by unrecognized numbers. Were you able to find out who the number belongs too? I just wanted to reply to your posting because I thought I was the only one who recieve this call.

I got this call too.  Is this number legitimate?  they asked for my last 4 digits of social and wanted to discuss account information.  I didn't give them anything and told them to mail me something.

I got this call, it is a collection call from Carolina's medical center. They didn't ask for my SSN the asked for my date of birth. It is a legitimate company.

It's Carolinas Medical Center calling regarding delinquent bills.

I recieved this call this morning and called back after they left a message. It was Carolina's Medical Center.  I'm not sure if it was collections or not.  They asked me if I had received my statement which I did and asked if I had any questions regarding it, which I did not. They said it was just a courtesy call and thanked me. Im not sure if they made an error in calling me and made up another reason as I had paid my balance online, printed it out and had my reference number ready to go, but they never asked for it or any other personal information.

Have been receiving calls from this number for once.  Glad to know it is a legitimate number from Carolina Medical but don't understand why a legitimate business never leaves a message.  If they have something to say they need to say it and stop calling.

It's Carolinas Medical Center.  They've been robocalling us during non-business hours with a recording demanding that we call them back during business hours.  We are current on all off our bills with them, so this is ridiculous.  If they have something to discuss, they could have a real person call us to talk, rather than using this crazy, inefficient system.
