I received 25 calls in a row on 01/15/15 from this number even though I have them on a "One Ring" block.
What's up with these idiots ??
Seems like after that many auto cut-offs they would have taken the hint .

Multipule calls throughout the day. 1:19, 2:21, and 3:30 so far. Only one message left and it was a little bit of music. I called the number back and it went straight to the same music.
The caller ID says it's a Monroe, NC

They are calling five and six times a day; I don't pick up because I am working; they don't leave a message.  They may never talk to me if they don't leave a message.  

I called this number, and after a short bit of music, a lady answered, "Energy Efficiency Program, this is LaToya.  How may I direct your call?"

Ok I have figured out who these people are and what they do. They call themselves Energy Efficiency Program claiming its a government program. They want to send out an auditor to audit your home free of charge. Then they say this person can help you lower your home energy bills up to 35%. Then the young woman said something about you will qualify for a loan up to 4500 to do necessary repairs.....riiiiiigggggghhhhhttttt. I believe they are scam artists trying to get into your home as well as fish for information. I say this because Duke Energy or whomever runs your homes' electricity or you natural gas offer that free of charge. and you know that they work for the company. Don't trust them and they called me 25 times yesterday after I told the girl I called back there that she sounded ghetto and rachet ad that it could be a business if they hired her to work there sounding as unprofessional as she did. now its a whole new day and they still calling. don't give them any of your info cuz God only knows what they are doing with it. Instead if you have a smart phone, place them on block with your device or get an app that hangs up as soon as they call. Hope this helps!

We got this call 2x tonight.   Second call the lady wad talking to  someone in the background about being irritated.

Caller could not pronounce my name.....several calls today on caller ID.  Do Not Call List does NOT work!

Called at 8:53 PM hung up. I called them 7 times and they mumbled and hung up. I called again and they said they close at 9PM. I told them a program is not a company and I will continue calling until they tell me who they are and what they want. They finally told me and I told them never call my number again. I have grand children in bed that were asleep.

They call several times a day.  If you ask questions, they hang up on you.  So how do they expect to take people's money if they can't even "act" like a real company? I tried calling them back but the number won't go through.  How did the other people call them back?

Over a period of several months I have received numerous phone calls, some less than an hour apart, to my cell from this number. As my cell number is fairly private, I do not answer calls from numbers I do not know nor from whom I am not expecting to be called. Each time no voicemail message is left. I have texted this number three times to request NOT to be called anymore. All have gone ignored. What else can one do?

Low life's call multiple times per day. Never anyone there but you can hear background noise. Scammers.
