A woman with a southern accent identifying herself as "Lindsay McQuiddy" left a voicemail asking for "Michael", claiming to be "locating businesses...interested in a 5-year GSA contract with the Federal Government". Never gave a company name.

A very pleasant lady (Lindsay) left a similar message as the one above.  She indicated that her company name was "Gov Market" and her direct line was: (704) 750-4752, and to call if interested in "5-Year Contracts with the Federal Government."
I was unable to locate a company with that name, so I googled the phone #...Here we are! We were hopeful, but as the old adage reads: "Anything that seems to good to be true...probably is?"

Received call identical to those reported above. Returned call to "Lindsay" and received voicemail. Tried to leave a message but was disconnected twice after 10-15 seconds into message with no warning. Seems suspicious.

Received same call from (704) 780-4895 from Crystal, "needing" to speak with the president of my firm.  They try to get you to pay a fee for an application to get on "The Federal Goverment Contractor List".  No website.

Lindsay called my company and asked for my husband, I akses if I could help her with something and she said no. She asked if I could take a message and when I said yes, and repeated her name and asked for her number she hung up. I tried calling her number back at 704-780-4752 and she didn't answer. I left a message and told her who I was, and asked her to call me back, it's been day 2 and she still hasn't returned my call...imagine that! This is more than likely a scam.
