This person was so rude that I had to hang up on him!! Trying to tell me how to budget my bills to make a payment even after I told him when I was going to make one!! I will be reporting them to BBB!

The man called and said that I was goin g to jail for 30 days if I didnt pay my doctor bill.

This person was not only "unable to identify themselves" but demanded to speak to someone who does not live at this address. They then called back immediatly - leaving a very nasty voice message.

Called my phone three times in a row after I told them no one lives at my number by the name they were requesting.

caller said she was with a law firm demanding payment for AT&T in the sum of $7000,00 when asked what this was for, she state it was for services rendered by AT&T, when informed that I do not have service with AT&T and she had reached a cell phone, the caller became very angry and start to curse and yell, I laughed at her and she hung up. This has happened 6 times and always a different company name is mention.

Woman called my house and my mother answered. The woman was VERY RUDE. This was very uncalled for.

The woman called my work looking for my husband told her he didnt work here and she then asked for me. She began to discuss a bill in my husbands only. what kind of company talks to anyone about personal business???? will be reporting to bbb. There's a special place in you know where for these kind of people.......

A woman called from this numbar, asked for my husband, would not identify herself, wanted to know when she should call him back, was rude.  I asked her again who she was, she did not say, I hung up.  She called back, I let it ring.  This number has called daily for about a week.

Yes, it is a collection agency. This woman comes off at first really nice, and you don't even know it's a collection call until you ask what it's for, and then she wants you to make payment. Att is something you try to cancel your contract with them, but you have outstanding bill with them for 70.00. Try to cancel so it doesn't even go any higher, and by the way, these were for charges after disconnecting. Ok, so you can't cancel with Att until outstanding bill is paid, so then they keep adding more monies which is now 132.00 even though I have no service with them. Hey, one thing I learned: don't respond to idiotic people like this woman and never never never ever pay them with your checking acct. They are vultures because even if you don't authorize them, but one time to take payment they can try and do an ACH withdrawal again because they are slim and if the funds are not in that acct, then they come back and say, "Oh, now you wrote us a bad check," then they try their scare tactics on you about it's a felony (they are liars and scums). So the best thing to do is take care of it in your time via money order, certified so they have to sign for it and keep documentation, but don't answer your phone and just hang up because they get a kick out of trying to raise people's blood pressure. These vultures are really something. Can you imagine having their job and trying to rest peacefully at night or trying to get up and go to church and praise the Lord after you have done this all week? Omygosh! No, they probably would be afraid the doors would shut behind them. As far as I am concerned, they work right along with the evil one accusing everyone!

This twit called looking for money she said I owed concerning a hospital bill.  When I informed her it was paid in full and I had the bank statements to back this up (check statement) she became very angry and would not believe me.  I again told her this was paid, period!  She went on and on yelling and carrying on claiming I was going to go to "court" if I did not pay her money that minute.  After laughing at her, which angered her more, I informed her that maybe some people may be taken because they trust people like her, but I surely was not one of them. I had my bank statement to back me up and all the yelling and cursing and threatening behavior wasn't phasing me in the least. I told her to go ahead and bring a judgement against me, and to give it her best shot. She continued to threaten me at which time I informed her that I had been recording this whole conversation on my answering machine.  She immediately shut up to the point I had to ask if she was still there.  I even played a little bit back to her after which I again told her to go ahead with her court date, I will be bringing my recording of our very pleasant conversation along with my bank statements to show that this was indeed paid, and was done so on time and to collect money from her sorry a$$ for illegal business practices.  She then hung up and suprisingly I haven't heard back from her.  Must have been something I said.  ;)  Always record collection agencies.  They almost always do things illegally and then you have a record of it.

Call came in on my cell phone. Caller asked me to hold on, while apparently on another phone she demanded another person pay money for an outstanding AT&T bill. Then she came back to me and asked if I was a person who I had not heard of before. I said no, and she insisted I had called her last night and left a voicemail and said my name was X. I said, no it is not and no I did not call her. She said her name was Barbara Simpson...? Eventually she hung up in a huff, I guess because I would not admit I was someone other than who I am. :)

THIS WAS A HOOT, i HAVE A 800 NUMBER THAT USED TO BELONG TO SOMEONE ELSE. Some old hag called demanding payment on someone else'e bill. I know a little spanish and told her I don't understand english. She hung up. Later a spanish speaking person called and I used my granmothers native toung, German and again let the caller know I did not speak spanish. Have yet to here from them since.Wir sehen uns in der Hölle. Danke

A woman called my phone and asked for my mother. I explained who I was and she asked me again who I was. Then she statede that the person, "he" gave my number as a secondary number. I explained to her once again that it was my mother. I asked where she was calling from what it was in regards to. She stated that she was calling from a company called "parkway... (something)" but she could not tell me what for. Before I could say anything else, she hung up on me. I tried calling back, but it stated something that the number was incorrect. I will find out the company name and also report them.

Man called my wife saying we owed money on a bill to AT&T, we did, and we set up a draft off our account for the bill.  The last of two payments went through and he called back saying he had a Insufficient funds statement come back on the account from the last payment.  I authorized him to try again but something bugged me and I checked my account to find out that the last payment did in fact go through.  I closed my checking account and now I am in the process of getting all my banking put back together again.  Today 08-18-2008, he called back and I saw the number on the caller ID, I ignored it and then my Mon-In-Law called me and gave me a number and name to reference about a case.  I recognized the 704 area code again and thought to go ahead and call back. 1st the number that showed up on my caller id was Prince Park and 704-815-0158. I tried to call it back and it is not in service.  My Mom-In-Law called up with the info from her call, Michael Carter at 1-704-246-2451.  I called it and yes he was rude and a jerk.  He doesn't want to listen to anything except how you will be paying the bill.  So, for anybody out there that gets a call from this number try calling back on 1-704-246-2451 and see if you get the person who answers the phone identifying themselves as Prince Park and (I Think he said) Associates.  Have Fun!!

he called requesting from somebody that not even leave here, the number where he called from is not a working number, but he left amessage with acorrect number 704-246-2451

Rude woman called saying she was calling on behalf of AT&T. Threatening to ruin my credit. When asked to put a supervisor on she refused and said "I don't have time for this"... Well, she is the one who made the call so she must have had time... If she spent less time arguing... Welll, obviously this is a scam.

boy, this woman is a real B+*&tch!! I am now trying to get in touch with the ATT Fraud Department to let them know what's happening!
