If this in fact a call from NSPIRE - they've changed tactics.   They've  called several times in the past and NSPRIE would display on my caller id, but in the past few days I've had several calls from this number and only the number shows in the caller id.  I screen my calls and NEVER answer a call unless I recognize the name or number.  If they really want to talk to me, they can leave a message - which they never do of course.

It is in face Nspire...I received a call last evening from this number and actually spoke with someone.  I received a call this morning from the same number and no one spoke up and then they disconnected.  I would like to believe that this is not their practice as I've made clothing donations to them in the past.  

I would like to believe that it is human error or free will and they really aren't doing the job they were hired to do.

I will post again if the phantom calls continue.

I have also received calls from Nspire in the past and the name shows up.  This time no name came up and the call was disconnected when I answered.  Very annoying as they called at 7:45 am and woke me up.  I will find another agency to donate clothes to.

Nspire is a company in Georgia or was.  I spoke with a gentleman there and advised him I was not interested in his services but I keep getting calls from various numbers. I see I am not the only one.

Stop annoying phone calls

Received a call from this number.Didnt recoginize it so I did not answer it. The voice mail that was left was asking for Travis Stevens. I have no idea who that is.

This caller keeps calling and hanging up.

These people collect used clothing for the Charlotte area.

Tom is correct.  They collect used clothing/household goods for the needy in the Charlotte area - and as a charity, they ARE NOT bound by the do not call list; you simply ask them to take you off of their list and they are required to.

TIRED OF GETTING PHONE CALLS FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!  We received 2 calls in 2 days!!  They say that they are "Inspire" (NSpire?) Outreach and are having a clothing drive in our neighborhood.  I give to "Goodwill" - a LEGIT. organization just like the "Salvation Army" is.  No need for them to call and harrass us!!

Called in the evening time past 9:30pm and when I went to answer no respone on the other line.  Quite annoying esp. when you have people in your home that work night shift and are sleeping.

Got call which I answered and responded with no donations.  Now keep getting calls from the same number which I do not answer.  Very annoying.  Am on call registry to keep this from happening.

4 times now in the past week I have had to deal with "blank" calls coming from this phone number, including twice this morning, in which I mean that when I answer the phone it either immediately disconnects or just sits there as dead air.  As a job searcher I don't have the luxury of not answering the phone when it rings so this is very annoying.  If I could actually get a person to talk to I would insist they remove me from their list.

And it appears they have changed their tactics again based on what I am reading above ... all I get is "No Data" on my display when the call comes in.  Found out who they are by coming here.

This number keeps calling me and not leaving a message. This is harassment, and I want them to pay for this.
