The caller left this message in a rude and threatening voice:

"This message is intended for <recording of unintelligible name>. A case is being formed with your district attorney's office linked to your name and social security number. For further info on the charges being filed, you do need to contact the representing atty at 866-783-6085.  You've been officially notified."

He basically just threatens the person (whose name you can't make out, probably intentional) with arrest with no other information except to call the number he gives.

If you look up (on this site) the 866-783-6085 number he tells you to call, it says the caller is some kind of scammer/fraudster. Unbelievable.

Beware: Do not answer, call back, or give them any information.

Received the same recorded message from (704) 886-1974 that "a case is being forwarded to your district attorney's office linked to your name and SS#.  For further information on the charges being filed to call (888) 263-1537."  Ended the call with "you have been officially notified and good luck."  Oh well, another number to add to the cable phone call block list.
