Caller hung up when I answered the phone

1st time caller left no message
I called number back, blocking my number & Guy answered sound like Chinese. Said he with Time Warner Cable out of New York????

this number (person) has called numerous times and left no message.  it's beginning to be harassing.

Calling up to 4 times a day, I blocked the number , but can still see they attempt to call. No messages ever left. Reported to Attorney General

I need to do that also.   They leave no message. If it's that important??  Somedays I think it's been more than 4 times

Called my phone I said hello and he said my name so I hung up then he called today I answered but I didn't say Nun but it sounded as if he was at home watching TV

These people claim to be from Time Warner Cable, they are very sneaky,  they'll call and ask questions like, I noticed your order has been cancelled and was wondering does it have anything to do with the pricing? They KEEP calling! When has one person been SO important to TWC??? There are extremely annoying!

I received a call from them yesterday & didn't answer b/c I didn't recognize the number, but they didn't leave a message. I did a reverse phone lookup & it had a Gastonia, NC listing but no other info.  Like others have said, the number came up but it said "unavailable".  It called me again today & it was a woman stating she was from Time Warner Cable asking me about my recent service, which I almost believed b/c I just ordered HBO. She seemed hesitant that I was nice to her & then went on about "this call may be monitored..." Then she asked me if I heard about other promotions & I said no thanks & hung up on her.  Definitely a scam b/c a TWC phone number would be listed if you Googled it!!!

Calls all the time. rotates numbers, since it comes through Caller ID as Restricted or Unavailable. Left voicemail once, no answer. When you can get him on the phone, he says Hello, then hangs up. Strange, even for a scammer.

This number calls me several times a day.  I answered today and put my phone on mute.  A guy kept saying Hello but then hung up.  They never leave a message.

Received a call from 704-981-4007 and it is Time Warner Cable.  Probably a sales call.  I do not have an account with them.  But I did attempt to start service with them about a month ago.  Decided that their services were just too expensive and tried to cancel two different appointments, but was unable to do so.

Number called my cell phone and left no message.  I called back from a different phone and it was Time Warner Cable's automated phone menu.

This same # - 704-981-4007 has been calling me for days - even weekends - sometimes 4-5 times a day; since I do not answer calls that I do not know the number, I have tried reversing the #, also, but to no avail.  I will block the #.

I too recently got an online order for a new package deal rejected by Time Warner by e-mail, and I've started receiving calls from this phone number.  I'll be calling TW's customer service today to get a new package "deal" instead of answering calls from this number.

Calm down, everyone. It is Time Warner Cable. If you call the number back, you get the recorded Time Warner Cable message. Did you recently try to start service or put in your info requesting pricing information? That's why they are calling. They called me because I tried to start service at my new address before the previous owners cancelled their current service.
