    Hangs up when I answer. This time I called back and asked who is this? Female replied Chrysler Financial. They call constantly from many different "local" numbers with "unknown name" caller ID.

    Nothing stops the calls, even paying on time. Once you are on their sh*t list you are doomed to harassing calls.

    I will never ever do business with them again.
