I keep getting calls from 705-444-1366.I tell them that no one here by that anme and I have told them before to take my number off the list and they say they will and have not done so yet...

As previously mentioned, it's a telemarketing call from the Cranberry Resort in Collingwood ON, Canada.

I spent the majority of my free day to track down the info. You can call the Telemarketing company directly to be "removed" but in all honesty, it won't help. What will help? - calling the resort directly. I have the info below. The telemarketing company wouldn't be calling if they were not getting payed from The Cranberry Resort in Collingwood ON to do so.

Call the resort (not the telemarketing company) and complain LOUDLY to the management! It's what I did (and will continue to) and I suggest the same for anyone else who wants this to stop.

Getting tired of being called by these people.. I'm  a shift worker and do not appreciate being called 4 times in one day!!!!  I think this is bordering on harrassment!

Got a call they asked for Mrs. Mclusky, I said they had the wrong # and they hung up???

I looked up the reviews for Law Cranberry Resort and it's rotten.  The Better Business Bureau gave them an 'F', the Trip Advisor showed most people giving them a 1/5 or 2/5 and the rest were most likely written by the resort itself.  You can tell when a bunch of reviews start by saying, "My husband and I...", "My family and I...", or "When I see the negative reviews I became terrified..." - same pattern.  Please read some of the negative comments.  Travel Yahoo showed an average 2.5/5 after 13 reviews.  Practically everyone gave it 1/5 or 2/5.  The only person that gave it 4/5 said he liked it but will not be coming back.  Travbuddy, same thing.

Repeated and unrelenting calls; because of callers like this I need to "call screen"; in addition, they are calling on a number that I have never given to anyone, so they must have bought it from Rogers.

I just called the Cranberry 800-465-9077, hit "0"  for the front desk.  The guy was very helpfule and said that "it's probably from our call centre"  I asked for the exn# it's 256, also to call during business hours.

they call several time a day, nobody talk to you after your pick the phone.

Calling no one says anything and hangs up.This is ridiculous

Calls are starting again...this one was Marilyn (nice though).   $79 for 2 nights and $40 meal voucher.  They called before and told us to F**K Off for not accepting immediately, for accepting now they would allow us a free 2 night stay at a their US Resort.

I would never accept anything from these scumbags.  They've called a few dozen times already the last 4 months afyer attending the Fall Homeshow and completed some ballot that gives them the right to continue harrassing us.

We have visited a few Timeshares and interested in what they can offer.  I accepted this 2 night stay + $50 meal voucher for the $79 and deposit (approx. $150).  This was our personal unbiased family experience with their lies for all to read:

Golf course on the premises is a misleading lie.  It was nicely manicured MINI GOLF costing $20 to play!!!  They use a nearby unrelated golf course.  The same with the marina, located near ski hills, you're at least 10 miles from the lake.  Still a large beautiful complex, they're undergoing renovation which is only half completed.  Negative reviews are misleading for the older 1-2 star units, but the staff is unorganized or rude.  

We expected to have one of the new 5 Star timeshare rooms with semi-private outdoor hot tubs; they gave us the old rooms in the basement (didn't know they offered suites below the main floor)?  Multiple small hot tubes throughout the premises were for the 5 Star suites.  Being in the basement in a building under renovation, no windows, hot during the Summer, noisy from the air conditioning and boilers, dusty and scary due to the darkness for young kids.  They lied on the room.  Food was OK.   With a $40 voucher it helped, but the prices were higher than normal, most of the seats were empty and the main lobby was still being renovated, so not the most pleasant walking in with all the dusts.

Timeshare pitch.  It was located in the ballroom of the unrenovated building approx. 60 years old.  They could have used a nicer room.  We went through a crappy 1 hour presentation, met with 2 separate drunken individuals.  A fat trailer trash woman constantly mentioning she does not sell approached us begging for money.  When we refused for the 3rd time, she mentioned seeing us at another Timeshare experience nearby.  She screamed in front of everyone as a bad prospect and told us to F**K Off and will personally place us on a Barrie/Collingwood hotel directory to destroy our family name to keep us from any hotel/timeshare in the area.  Stunned...we still had to wait another 30 mins. to get our deposit back from the 4th pitchman.  Altogether, this lasted nearly 3.5 hours and we were first to leave.  The screaming helped as the crowd all declined from witnessing this type of behaviour and left with us.  They have 3 other resorts that allows you to intermingle: Collingwood (5 miles away top of ski hill), Florida and the Carribean Island.  

Sorry for the long story.  This was the worst timeshare experience we've ever had and our young kids are scared to ever return to this property. This was our experience...buyer beware.

i get this number like almost everyday and they ask for someones name, but they ask for sum different person everytime..... very anopooying... they wud call in the mroning and in the late night. very, very annnoying... 17054441366

Got 2 calls in one day over a 20 minutes period.  This number called last year and I never picked up nor do they ever leave a message.  Here they are again calling, this is really annoying.

I followed "trippleL" advice & called.... phoned the 800 number on the site (Cranberry Resorts) which is (800)465-9077, dialled in ext 258 and spoke to Tim Fitzpatrick.  I told him I keep getting calls & he was very accomidating said he woud remove my # himself....thanks "trippleL" for the post

I think it's from Cranberry Resorts offering discounts on staying at their resort. I think I talked to them  once a year ago and they call almost everyday and never give up!
