    They just called asking for someone whose wasn't home. I said they weren't home and asked if I could take a message. The lady said, in perfect English, I'm sorry, I don't speak English.

    Just called back, Number belongs to direct BUY (thats how it sounds on the greeting).

    This number just called me.  While I was looking up the number from my call display my answering machine picked it up.  I guess the guy didn't hear the outgoing message because he said "Hello, is Mr or Mrs A***t there?  Hello?  At least he spoke clearly.
