Call from Mike Collins, who is running for U.S. House - not a "Robocall" but the actual man himself. That's different.

Called saying they are from the US treasury
And they are bringing me to court if I don't respond.

Literally the same thing just happened to me said they hope i cooperate fully. I picked up the phone and asked who is this, and its a recording not a real person

Call saying that I filed 2010 return incorrectly and that IRS has turned this over to U.S. Treasury.

Claimed he was Treasury Dept.   Some issue from 2010.

Claimed to be from US Treasury.  Old 2010 debt.

The message was:  Hi This message is intending to contact you. My name is Dennis Cray and I am calling regarding an enforcement action executed by the US Treasury intending your serious attention.

Ignoring this will be an intentional attempt to avoid initial appearance before a magistrate judge or a grand jury for Federal criminal offense.

My number 706-250-8338, I repeat 706-250-8338
I advise you to cooperate with us and help us to help you. Thank you.

Got the idea to call these weasels back and just let them run their spiel.  Turns out they are after your CC  info.  I offered to settle the "debt" in cash.  That confused them.
Finally got the same person twice.  Really upset him.  He suggested I do things to myself that I don't think are anatomically possible.  Anyway, I suggest LOTS of people call them and tie up all their phone lines.

Called yesterday, said they wanted to help us with an infraction; failure to return their call would be an additional infraction. Obviously a scam. Called again today from 786-258-0980, same story.

Got this same call twice this morning.  Does it help to block the number?

Recorded message from a [***] POS threatening me with legal action if I didn't return his call.

IRS scam - I (supposedly) did something wrong and US Treasury is contacting me, warning me not to ignore this contact. Robocall was male's voice with Indian accent.

they would be forced to bring me before a magistrate  or something.  No name or identification left at all which I would expect if this were real.

I have received this call 5 times this week on my answering machine.  3 of the calls were from completely different numbers but with the exact same recorded message as above.  "Dennis" called at 8:30 am today.  [***] with nothing better to do than try to scare people.  Note: the IRS - US Treasury will NOT call you.  I hope this guy gets audited and screwed.

The very threatening message that has been left for me multiple times reads as follows-
"This message is intended to contact you regarding an enforcement action executed by the United States Treasury intending your serious attention.  Ignoring this will be in an intentional attempt to avoid an admission appearance before a Magistrate Judge or a grand jury for a federal criminal offense.  My number is......I advise you to call and help us help you."  There were 3 phone numbers associated with this message- 1-407-588-1689 / 1-706-250-8338 / 1-314-627-0386 represented by David Grey / Dennis Grey and Robert Morris.  THIS IS A FRAUD AND A HARASSMENT!!!   - same message left for "Annoyed" in their comments.

This is clearly a scam. If the IRS had an issue with you, they'd either send you a certified/registered letter or (in extreme cases) come to your door in person and show you their IDs.

I've received calls from this "Dennis Cray" (whose real first name is probably Sanjay, Vijay, Sandeep, Jitendra, or some other male first name that is common on the Indian sub-continent), and from another Bangalore Boy named "Steve Martin" (that Wild and Crazy Guy) from phone number (228) 357-9084.

What sucks about this is the possibility that some of these Bangalore Boys may have at one point worked for a legitimate call center for a company with whom you have done business. If they harvested a bunch of personal information before they quit (or got fired), I could see where they could use that information as leverage against an unsuspecting citizen with a legitimate tax issue.
