- Jim| 5 repliesGot a call also from this number on my cell phone; I didn't answer and they didn't leave any message.
- info replies to Jim| 4 repliesIt's AFLAC customer service auto-dialing system; not a solicitation that I know of.
- Annoyed replies to info| 3 repliesUM YEAH It is a solicitation if you don't have AFLAC, and it's freaking annoying! You must work for the company and have nothing better to do than come on here and make excuses for AFLAC.
- cntrygal replies to Annoyed| 1 replyIt's the call back number for AFLAC. They ask their callers to input a number that they can call you back on if the wait is going to be too long. If they called you and you're not a policy holder it's because someone typed in their call back number wrong and got you accidentally.
- truthful replies to AnnoyedI got a call from that number too. It is a call back number from AFLAC Insurance - I had contacted them via online form, to inquire about a quote for Individual Vision Insurance, since glasses are outrageously high. So, it is a legitimate number. Not sure why they would call anyone, unless someone has inquired?
- Stephanie| 1 replyIt is AFLAC and it is in response to requesting a quote
- Caller: AFLAC
- Wondering replies to StephanieI applied for a job with the company almost a year ago. I recieved a call back and the person sounded really unprofessional.

- OhNoYouDidntIs legit...is Aflac. I have Aflac and an active claim so, they called me to give me an update on my claim status - I had requested that call the day before so, yep. It's legit.
You gatekeepers getting this call, it is likely that someone in your organization has selected the "call back" feature from their automated system. No worries though, this is alright.- Caller: Aflac - Claim Status Update Call
- CC| 2 repliesRipoff AFLAC.
A friend has been trying to get a claim paid for MONTHS!!! the Duck says 4 days in the tv ad. Girl at their call center said "oh, we are just looking for an excuse not to pay you".......
F'd by the duck. Blocked their number, they have nothing to do with me.- Caller: AFLAC
- OhNoYouDidnt replies to CCI've had three claims paid by AFLAC. I'm sorry your friend is having trouble. They do require correct paperwork...one of my claims was delayed because I was missing a statement from the physical therapist we were using, but once we got that in to them, they paid out really fast.
I think it's probably very true they looks for excuses to not pay out - that's also true of car insurance, home insurance...etc. You just have to have your documents in order and they have to live up to their promise to pay. That's all. - R| 1 replyIt's a legit AFLAC number. We put our claim in May 3, 2014. STILL WAITING TO GET PAID!!! They keep asking for more and more info so they can deny the claim. So, every week we call....and every week they have another excuse. When we called them today, we told them we are having DUCK for Thanksgiving.
This weekend I will be working on the complaint to the Insurance Commission.- Caller: AFLAC
- Alfalfa replies to RThat was going to be my next question---Have you filed a complaint with the insurance commissioners office? I used to work for a HMO, and the insurance commissioner at that time held NO prisoners, when it came to paying claims promptly.
