Just got this call. Did anything come of it?

So is this fake????? What kind of low life does this??????

The lowlife who sent the message is a scammer.  If you contact him he'll give you a chance to pay your fine now, by wire (Western Union or Green Dot) and avoid going to court.  

The charges are fake.  The scammer is trying to scare you into giving him money you don't owe.

I received the same message from Martin Riley via my son yesterday. I received a call from 440.316.2605 yesterday but no message was left. Since it is illegal for the information to be left in my son's voice mail, I IMpatiently waited for the call to come back through. When it did, I answered. I asked the man who was calling, what this is about and when it became legal to leave personal information in someone else's voice mail. He told me the call was placed by a "locator" and he had no contact information for that locator. I told him I wanted to talk to someone who does have the information. Since there is a business association between the mystery locator and Capital Providence Mediation Group, I demanded to be able to pursue that locator for illegally leaving information in my son's voice mail just like I am supposedly being pursued for a legal matter. The man I talked to told me I was giving him a headache, disconnected our call supposedly by accident, called back from an unknown number, again became aggravated when I refused to believe no one at any level at Capital Providence has the locator's information and told me he will just sign off on the summons and I should have a good day. THEN I received another call from 844.248.1983 from a woman who left a message stating there is not one, but there are several matters pending, and left a different case number. She said the matterS are due to be addressed by county filing this afternoon and I certainly have the opportunity to call to address the matterS before this happens.

I am getting the same call as well as my family - just great!  Calls is from Martin Riley from Capitol Providence.  Caller ID said HSBC.  Case# Dd23693.  Case is going to review board.  Voice was very robotic.  Number was 480-612-9972.  Can somebody throw the book at these people please.  How can we report harassment?  

the same guy calls me but from a 832 number ,I been getting calls every year but when ask for info they don't know anything about it  so I leave it alone it dont make since they do stuff like that

I just got this same phone call same recording and no return number and I call the number back and it just rings and rings

The number my call came from was a 7206230280

I keep getting the same call, from Mr Riley, but always get told my number is removed, yet I still get weekly calls.  This has been going on for many months.  I have tried to contact the BBB, and the FTC.  I can't find a form on either site to report this.  Has anyone reported this successfully to anyone?

Calls from Capitol Providence, investigator Martin Riley looking for Douglas Resweco? Case number DN15598. Says that this individual can contact their offices before this goes to litigation. I tried answering the phone once and got nothing. Calls every damned day! Same spiel about having the ss# and other private info at their offices, blah, blah, blah. A holes. Has called from 2 different #s. Here are the numbers they have used...715-257-3209 715-257-3023

Mr. Riley is now working his scam from Pinehurst, Texas.  Called on March 5th, March 10th and today, March 17th from 281-789-0673.  The message is verbatim to MB experience.  Tomorrow I will report this to the Harris County District Attorney office.

I keep getting calls off and on from this number. The names change but the message is the same: you have a legal matter pending...blah, blah, blah....press any key before your civil case goes to court...blah, blah, blah. I have contacted the FCC, but they apparently can't do anything about it. whatever. a holes!

Yeah, I tried emailing the FCC but they didn't have enough info to go after them supposedly. Maybe if enough people email the FCC, they will finally catch those idiots. So irritating. I can't think what they are after? The person's name they leave by robo call is no one I know.

Getting same messages from the 281-789-0673 number, same message but from Shaun Thompson an investigator with the alliance group, "you have a legal matter pending...etc, etc...press any key before your civil case goes to court, etc".  caller id says Pinehurst, TX

I am also getting messages from Shaun Thompson from the alliance group from 302-424-9241. I filed a complaint with the FTC and the alliance group said that they don't have anyone working for their company with that name. Not sure if they are lying, or if some scumbag is using their company name to try and get money from people.

i got a call from 715 257 3209 saying that i'm being served for a payday loan....... i asked them to send copy of this in the mail and he keep reading a pre-scripted verbiage.  he said that they will come to get me at my job too  Lazer Collections.......  this is a cell phone  I hung up

Martin Riley is back in California under a new Co. name - Carson Mediation Group.  Exact same spiel as original poster verbatim.  We let our answering machine pick up these call, then we just delete.  What an annoyance.  If anyone knows how to report, please let us know.
