Rec'd call.  No message.  Caller ID:  Cleveland, GA.      Will block #

This number called our business today at 1407 hours. I saw "Cleveland GA" and knew that there was a 99% chance it was yet another scam artist.  So I picked up the phone but said nothing.  I suspect it was an idiot-message waiting for a voice before it started.  Hearing no voice, the call automatically disconnected after a moment.  This is, at the minimum, the fifth call I've gotten from scam artists today alone.  Sickening!

Awwww, too bad, you lose. You called my number, your phone number doesn't exist, you failed to leave a message. You are obviously some type of scam artist. You have my permission to die a horrible painful death, and you are now blocked.
