Never left a message, as soon as i started to listen , they hung up

Recieved call on a Sunday afternoon. Didnt answer. No one i know

Received a call on Sunday afternoon.  Did not answer and they did not leave a message.

Yet another call with no one on the other end.  This is getting annoying.

Claimed to be raising money for a police department. For vests and help with fallen officers families.
Person seemed anxious and threw in a few ''god bless you ".
When I called back they did not answer. ...

Georgia Ferternal Order of Police. Guy had trouble talking with his headphone, said "hold on" and put me on hold. Waited about 30 seconds and then I hung up.

Called today but I didn't answer. It's not a number I recognized. No message was left.

Claimed to be the Ga Fraternal Order of Police raising money for fallen officers and their families. When I asked for a call back number he said there was no call back number and kept trying to convince me to donate money. I hung up. Total SCAM!

Got a call today, same as the others. Said they are raising donations for FOP and would send me the decal for my car, blah blah blah, and could they count on my donation? I said sure. I was transferred to another "department" to confirm my address and other info so they could send my decal. The guy I was transferred to didn't know my name or address and wanted me to give it to him. When I questioned how they had my phone number, he started stuttering about how when the call was transferred, he didnt get the info so i would need to give it to him. Then I started thinking about it and the first guy never called me by name either... I declined to give my name and address over the phone and said I would go to the local police station to make my donation. He tried again to get my info. Sorry, guy. If you're REALLY calling on behalf of the FOP, you should expect people to be wary of people calling out of the blue trying to gather information.

Someone called from this number but I missed the call.  When I called it back, there was a message that did not identify the "company" by name , but said they were with other patrons or closed and that to get on the "do not call" list, I had to leave a name an  number.  Very hokey indeed. They are going on my blocked calls list.

Got a call asking for the same thing, something about Georgia Police Fund, I said yes and was transferred to another person who wanted my credit card information.  I said I wasnt comfortable.  She tried telling me it was safe, but i refused and she then tried to get my mailing address to send me packet.  At that point I just hung up,

I've received two different spam calls out of the blue in the past two days. The only common ground is that I've inquired about a couple listings from Craigslist. Is there anyone else who has answered ads from CL and all of the sudden have received spam calls?

Got a call from this 706-608-6334 and experienced some of the other post. I asked that I be mailed a contribution form. Then I call FOP Georgia State Lodge

The person answering the phone confirmed that the Georgia FOP were conducting a fund drive at the current time.

I'm not sure why the Georgia FOP would be calling a resident of Tulsa Oklahoma. Seems scandalous.

I've received calls from this number nearly everyday, sometimes twice a day, they never leave a message and I won't answer it because I don't recognize the number.  I figure if it's important and they're not soliciting for this cause or that cause then it's not important enough for me to answer the call.  It IS ANNOYING tho!
