Scammer called my cell and asked for some woman. I told her wrong number and she started trying to scam me for breast cancer foundation which is a proven scam.

Called and asked for Romero then hung up when I informed of wrong number.

Had to block this number because of being harassed all hrs of the day if i don't give u my number then don't call me its as simple as that.

The callers ask for a random name and when you tell them they have the wrong #, they start a sales pitch, I hang up because you can't get a word in edgewise to stop them.

A lady called me and asked for Nely , and say wrong number, then she asked for the head of the household , I asked her about? Then she told me no message , and hung up ...???

Asked for someone by name & I told her she had wrong #. Then she tried to get me to donate to breast cancer org (forgot name). Odd since my sister just got diagnosed with breast cancer that week. I asked her where they got my #. She paused for a long time. I was wondering if it was a computer I was talking to, but she then said she did not know and hung up.  Really want to know who she is & how she got my cell #.

Called me claiming she needed info for a car loan I applied for from MoneyTree. Interestingly enough I did recently apply. Which raises the question of who MoneyTree sells this info to.

She asked me questions about my credit. I asked her repeatedly what her organization did. All she said is she's helping me get a loan. I asked again what her org does she claimed it was called Loyalty 360 or something like that -- and she claimed the phone was bad and hung up. She had asked for my SSN which I didn't give.

Scammer.

I may report them to the police.

I keep getting a call from this number.  I don't answer and they don't leave a message.

Bs call, asking for someone not owning phone, trying to get $$$

Low life scammers claiming to be collecting money for military veterans.  Called on a Sunday, really a bunch of scum bags.  When you call the number back, it is always busy.

Received call from this number.  I didn't recognize the number so I didn't answer.  No message was left.  After reading these comments, I blocked the number.

Said they were with disabled veterans and wanted a donation.  Told them I'd donate and gave them my mailing address, but now that I think it over probably was a scam.

Called today and did not leave a message.  I am on the Do Not Call Registry with the FTC so I submitted a complaint.

got a call, did not answer ... caller left no message ... blocked the number.

This was a local-ish number for me (same state at least). I get lots of work calls from numbers not known so I have to answer these, at least within my state. I barely got the phone to my ear before a voice said "hello, is Ladonna there?" Sounded computerized so I just hung up.

Called to ask for donation to military vets. They knew my name.

Called & hung up.  Called again, and asked for me by my given name and hung up.
So....how can scammers make money if they keep hanging up?  BTW...due to divorce, my credit is shot.
Hope they don't try getting a loan "in my name".
