A trolling School using job hunters resumes for telemarketing.  They use a sophisticated bot that is programmed to respond to key words in your responses and attempt to deceive you into believing you are speaking to an actual person.
 They are in violation of the Federal do not call list and claim you requested their call when you looked at a fake job posting online and read the description for a posted job that does not exist.

A total deception to get your private information to exploit.
This is organized crime at a very high level.

I have received numerous calls from this number. I say Hello a few times then a bot voice says good bye. How do I stop these calls.

Number calls and leaves no message.

I have received numerous calls from this number at odd hours. The earliest came at 6:32am (PST). When I first started getting the calls, I called the number back and it went to a voice mail that played music and told you to leave a message. There was no company/business information on the voice mail. Today I have received 2 calls. I was able to answer the second call. An Indian speaking female asked me my name and then asked if I was still looking for a job. When I asked for her name and the name of the business, there was a 10second pause and then the person came back to the phone and repeated herself. I asked again and she said some unrecognizable name. She had a very think Indian accent. I think she said her name was Annette. I was kind of apprehensive being this is odd for an organization to be calling so many times and twice on a Sunday. I have received 5 calls from this number in the past 3 days.

Have called twice and left no message.

How do I stop these calls???

Constantly  receiving calls after signing up for do not call list.

The Do Not Call list is NOT a call blocker!

If you had read all the words on the Do Not Call signup pages, you would have learned that the No Call list is limited to "legitimate telemarketers".  It specifically exempts charities, political callers, survey companies and some companies with which one has done business in the last 18 months.

Scammers ignore the list.  After all, criminals ignore laws, right?

Remember, the DNC list is NOT a call blocker!  If you want to block repeated calls from unwanted callers, get a call blocking app, device or service (Google is your friend).
