ARC is a collection agency for various utility companies and medical facilities. They are a good comany and are probably the most curtious collection agency around.

I just received a call from Arc, and I talked to a Lisa Peace.  She was extremely rude and very unprofessional.  This person is obviously a horrible person for the things she said to me.  I looked up her name in google (public record), and I bet there are some people who would LOVE to call her while she is trying to sleep at 7:30AM...her phone number is readily available on the internet!  Give her a call and talk to her the way she talked to you...I'm very tempted to!!!  Oh, and I talked to I think what was suppose to be her supervisor, Gerald.  Wow, oh yeah I know how he got his job.  He's even worse than this Lisa character.  Rude...and I won't go any further on how I feel about HIM.  I was going to file a complaint against this Lisa person, and told him this but he didn't care.  He didn't say the matter would be taken care of.  So I hung up the phone.  What a horrible company.  I'm reporting them to the BBB today.

Very rude and unprofessional!  I have a law suit pending and the other person's insurance company will be paying my bills but in the meantime my docter's office sent me into a collection agency.  I don't go to that docter anymore by the way.  But this collection agency calls at all hours night and day.  I will also be reporting them.

I just got a call from this number asking for a lady by the name of Stephanie.  I've only had this phone for 3 weeks, and I've been getting quite a few collection calls for her.

This number keeps calling my new cell phone. I do not know the person they are asking for and I have never known him. I have called them three times now asking them to please stop calling my phone. They stop for maybe a day then there right back to it. It is super annoying because I work night shift and they wake me up 3 and 4 times a day. Does anyone have any clue how to get them to stop calling my number.

Phone call on cell and hangs up when you say hello.  Very anoying and I am on the do not call list.  What is up with this?

This company has continuously called my personal cell phone for the last few months.  They ask for a person I do not know and I select their option #2 to be removed.  Tonight I did the same thing but waited to speak with someone.  Michelle came on the line asking me three times if I was the person they were looking for....this after telling them I was not.  She said she was from Contract Callers Inc. and would not tell me what this company's function is.

I need help with that too. That is my same problem also.

I too have received several phone calls from this number.  The one time I answered, I attempted to speak to a human to tell them they have the wrong number, but was unable to do so.  Listening to the message, it simply says they're calling to collect on past debt.

Got a call from this number and called it back. After a little bit of prodding the lady Vivian told me the company is CCI (Contract Callers Inc). They were looking for someone else and would not divuldge what the call was for except that it was regarding a personal matter.

I entered them on the do not call complaint, and will continue to do so.  Though they will likely not be fined, they do have to respond. As others report, the person they seek is unknown to me.

they called attempting to collect on an outstanding electric bill of my dead brother (3 yrs ago). Said my name was on the acct. (negitive). I called the electric company when he died to disconnect services and give the company my name. The guy was very rude and insisted that I was responsible for the acct.

further note my dead brother's electric bill is less that $75.00 and like I stated previously 3 years past due.

These people began calling on Sat 4/4. I normally do not answer numbers I do not know, if they have business with me they can leave a message...Professionals do it on 3rd call minimum, I have been a call center [***] . :( gotta pay the bills. They called again today 4/6 no message left. I will not call them back after seeing these posts.

I've only had this new cell number for 2 months, but I keep getting calls from this number. I've been registered on the DNC List since day one. I'm reporting these jerks too.
